Really loved and appreciated the service I had at Burt’s automotive! They were quick to get my car in for servicing, provided me with very well informed, reasonable quotes, and did really great work on my vehicle. They even checked in with us after the fact to make sure the car was running good. Overall amazing service and attentive staff, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for work done on their vehicle!

I had a few very concerning issues with my car, the main one being that it was stalling all the time and at any time.
I went many times to different places and no one was able to find the issue.and tried Burt's automotive; they found it, solved it very quiclky and even followed up to ensure that it is still working. I highly recommend!

These folks are special. They are fair, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were the only shop to help me. All the other shops were too busy to even talk to me!

These guys are always so helpful and understanding. They never try to give you anything you don't need. If you need someone you can trust, this is the place.

A mistake (?) was made by an employee and then rectified by burt, himself.restored my faith in mechanics.

I've had my fleet trucks in to Burt's several times and I always feel like they have my back as a customer. The service has been superb and I've never had any qualms over the work done. They 100% have our business for good

Made a call to see about my truck a few weeks ago. Guy who answered the phone came off super entitled, couldn't get a word in without being cut off and rushed on the phone. The owner who I assume is the one who answered the phone was extremely rude and it felt like by the end of it I wasted my time calling. Took it to a dealership instead as at least they deal with my warranty as this shop laughed at the idea. I'd stay away from this shop if I was the average consumer.

What a great experience! Ken is a direct no BS kinda guy and I love that about him! I brought my old Toyota in for an oil change and he told me about all of the issues with it and made it very clear about what needs to be done soon and what can wait. I'll be coming back again and I'll be telling everyone I know to go see Ken at Burt's Automotive.
