Buster's Pizza & Donair

Having never tried their pizza before I thought they were good. Just too bad the delivery driver never showed up to deliver them as I had stopped there 2 days before and made specific delivery instructions. Having said that when I finally had to go pick them up myself I was refunded the delivery charge and offered a free 2 litre of pop. I will most likely try them again.

I was so excited to eat here. I have been begging to eat here. I love donair pizza and donair. I have been missing it living in the east the past years. We ordered off skip. Got the donair-pizzas, Curly fries. Donar combo, Mizo sticks and poutine. It was not good. And now I am in a never ending logical argument with my partner that gyro or shawarma is better than donair because his fist experience was not good.

Moza and curly was also very cold. But not like, this was warm at one point cold. I think it was not fully cooked.

Also why do the moza sticks come with gravy and not marranara sauce.

Gravy was a 10/10 and poutine was good.

They even gave me 2 free lasagna and a small salad for extra by accident. For a skip order that got canceled. It made my day and warmed my heart that was a very nice deed they did for me! I had food to last a few days. Now I come there once a week to buy a pizza. Pay it forward folks

I was really excited that Busters came to Kelowna. I would go out of my way when visiting Edmonton for Busters Donair pizza which was amazing. I wasn't too impressed with ordering here in Kelowna. When I ordered the first time, it was super dry with minced Donair meat rather than small slices. My 2nd order, I asked for extra sauce but still not the same. Too much ground Donair meat and no sauce throughout. Took getting to the crust to get sauce. That's my 2 cents compared to my experience in Edmonton. This experience has been too dry and crumbly for Donair pizza.
Also saw today 01/02/2024 skip the dishes offer for buy one donair, get one free but couldnt use offer no matter how many options chosen. Full price for just one. I guess I took the bait but not willing to give in w/o offer being fulfilled.

1st time ordering from here. Excellent pizza.fast friendly service. Pretty warm inside.to be expected I guess a small space. Overall thumbs up!
Inside is now a very comfortable temp.

Got the jumbo beef n cheese donair with tsaziki.
Nice portion for the price.
It was quite good flavorwise.
Beef is tender and a little bouncy at the same time, it not straight beef slice but a mix press together.
There was enought sauce in there to make it pleasant to eat but not to much to get everything soggy.

I do recommend.

Ordered 2 Donairs for pick up. The pita and meat inside was cold like it came out of the fridge. I will give another try at one point but will check it out before I live the store.

Tried calling in an order for pick up at the sutherland location on my way home on nov 20th. No answer any of the times i tried. Called me back i told them im taking my business elsewhere if they can't answer the phone. Drove past this location not even 2 minutes after and not a single customer in the store 1 car parked out front and 1 employee standing behind the register doing nothing, obviously not busy, but to busy to answer a call and take a customers order. I will never spend another dollar there whether its me personally or professionally or any sports teams im involved with. Avoid the sutherland location in kelowna and its incompetent staff.

Worst chicken wings I've ever had. I ordered 36 pcs.chicken wings and most are almost no meat on them. It's literally bone. Very disappointed!

We order from Busters often, the first time we ordered wings they were excellent. So good that we order them every time we order from Busters. Several weeks ago we ordered wings they were dry and over cooked, I called and spoke with the manager and she said that she would let the staff know and it would be better the next time.
About a month ago we ordered again and they were dry and my wife likes salt and pepper but she said they were flavourless. So we called and spoke to a supervisor and he promised that if we ordered he would personally make sure they were good. I told him ok we would give them one more chance and if they were not we would right a review. So here I am and I will never order wings from Busters ever again, they do not know how to cook them so that they are juicy and flavourful. The pizza is excellent but the cooks do not know how to cook wings

Poor hygiene. Ill call this a management failure.

Train your employees on the importance of hand washing.

Busters has the best donair pizza in Kelowna, by far. Or as they call it, the donair-saur pizza Staff is welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend Buster's

These things are packed, they put Basha sasquatch to shame with the amount of food you get. Love busters.

Wanted to look at the menu but couldn’t because there were a bunch of other steps before I could look. Bad website set up. Forget this place

This is my go-to place for donair's. I'm not sure how they cram so much meat into one, but dont stop. Their pizza is excellent as well.
