Miracle workers! They solved a stain issue I had that no other dry cleaner could figure out. Best yet, it was economical during a very expensive era.

The ladies were very friendly, and they did a great job at dealing with the stains on a couple of white dress shirts I brought. Definitely recommend that place

I gave 3 down jackets to them, they simply damaged 2 of them, putting stains on them from something unknown, either oil or low-quality laundry detergent. They suggested cleaning it a second time, then again and again. They explained this to me by saying that “they have been working for many years, it’s just that my jackets are is not suitable for dry cleaning. ” I waited 3 months, after which I just took them back. 2 down jackets were damaged - Nike and Aritzia super puff and not usable anymore. And during this story they were very very rude with me, owner Bobby exactly. I was shocked. Not recommending.

I went to this place to get my jeans altered, but they ruined them completely. They cut them short and made them too loose. They don’t have any skill or professionalism. They wasted my time and money. I’m very disappointed and angry. Do not go here if you value your clothes and your dignity. This is the worst tailoring service ever. Zero stars.

Been coming here for 6 years now, and it's been a very reliable dry-cleaner for me personally. After covid we've lost so many family owned businesses and i'm glad to see they were able to hold on. The lady who owns it is an absolute joy and my experience has been nothing but pleasant. They always have treats for my dog and my kids love the lollipops. It's great to see a female owned business in today's world. I should've posted a review sooner but I realize it's easier to post a review when you're upset, but when everything goes well you don't feel a need to.

I believe I was dealing with the owner. I did have an interaction with a young woman who was lovely.
I had brought in simple alterations for the woman I was working for who lives with dementia and was moving into a home. It was making elastic waist bands smaller. There was a time constraint but I took the things in 3 weeks before so what I thought was plenty of time.
The woman I mostly dealt with was unbelievably rude, aggressive, and a poor communicator.
The job was not done on time and there was no phone call to inform me there was a delay which I would have accepted, was very expensive for what it was, and I was yelled at, insulted, and demeaned.
Let the customer-oriented front of house person do all business interactions with customers would be my recommendation.

A bit pricey but everything is in West Point Grey. The cleaning was good and the staff helpful.
