I brought 2 blazers here for dry cleaning over the holidays. When I picked them up the underarms still had significant odour and both jackets had an unpleasant smell all over that was not present before. I came back a few days later. After the owner deliberated for a few minutes she stated that she was only willing to rewash the jackets if I paid for 50% of the cost. I had my purchase receipt, tags on the garments and the owner explicitly remembered me dropping off the garments. She stated that the reason why she was not able to redo them for me with no cost is because I didn't contact her right away, however she was closed when I attempted to come back sooner (due to holiday hours). I was afraid to pay again with the potential for a similar result, and felt it was unfair to have to pay for a service I already paid for but was not done correctly. I am saddened by this interaction and will not be able to recommend this establishment to others.

Worst place ever. I don’t understand why purolator and fedex keep the contract with this place and the female owner is absolutely ridiculous and terrible. She send my long waited package back to the sender after only 2 business days but on the label it clearly says they will keep my package for 5 business days. The lady first accused me for not picking it up sooner, when I confronted her, shes like ‘’ok I made a mistake, it’s normal. If you want your package you just go call them. ’’
She didn’t even try to say sorry. And only tried to call the courier after I told her to and complained about it. Apparently no one picked up the phone and she’s like what do you want me to do now? I already send it back.
At this point her attitude is just fascinating. Did not apologize at all and was proud of her action.
No wonder she can’t get any customer and had to keep increase the price for dry cleaning too. If you don’t know how to do business, maybe consider close it at best so you don’t waste other people’s time:)
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST and make sure you tell your shipment company to avoid this location.

Closes randomly all the time. They’ll even leave the neon “OPEN” sign turned on but have a piece of paper on the door indicating no one is there. Been there 3 times where this has happened. Horrible business practice.

FedEx dropped my package here and specified that I pick up after 6pm while the store closes right at 6pm? My package is urgent and now I need to wait till the next business day to pick up

I drove across the city to arrive by their 8am posted opening time and waited 75 minutes to pick up an urgent dropoff from FedEx. There was no indication that they would open, so I left. Waste of time and I hope FedEx stops working with them.

I don’t understand why fedex keeps dropping off my packages at this terrible location. Not only is it a far walking distance from the greater Kerrisdale area, but it has some of the worst opening and closing hours for any delivery/shipment centre (eg closing during rush hour at 6pm?) Friendly recommendation: please spare everyone’s time and close your contract with fedex so no more packages need to be picked up at your store. You should probably stick with dry cleaning other people’s clothes since that’s what your business is about? Negative stars

Don’t recommend dropping of your Amazon returns here as the lady charges $1 for printing and tape fee.
