I can not say enough good about this place! Visiting a friend in Sechelt we had the most amazing bacon so we decided to go in and buy a steak to bbq. Meg, the most friendly and sweet apprentice butcher sold us the best rib eye I've ever had plus a bunch of things to take home to Edmonton and suggested we come back for the Saturday, wine and cheese, which we did. Lars and Sonya were the warmest friendliest hosts serving amazing charcuterie, raclette, fried cheese.and the walnut spread to top it all off! I left there full and satisfied and will be looking to see if I can order from Edmonton. I also highly recommend the garlic butter and I hear the mushroom soup is really good so I have some frozen to take home and may have to come back and update my review. Thank you Noble Meats!

Really good quality meats and cheeses that no other place has. The mortadella is made the traditional way with pistachio! Grab it sliced thin with some good cheese and a baguette! Terrific service too! Definitely my go-to place for charcuterie provisions!

Lars and Sonja @ Noble Meats and Cheeses were amazing at organising our staff Christmas party for FYIdoctors in Sechelt. When I contacted Lars and asked if we could do a Spanish themed tapas evening he was so helpful with all the arrangements, including menu planning, music, decorating and alcohol. The food we had was outstanding and authentic Spanish cuisine. The atmosphere in the venue was exactly what we wanted, warm, festive with delicious food and wine. The price for the evening for 20 people was very reasonable and the amazing sous chef Meghan was knowledgeable, energetic and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to book an event here again and I always shop here because of their quality produce.

Quality service, quality products. Best bacon - but careful because you’ll never be able to be satisfied with any other bacon after you try their made in house! Their steak is the best! Their ground beef is the only ground beef I buy - no weird gristle in it. The Italian olives they bring in —- omgawwd sooo good and not salty. Their in house garlic butter is so delicious! It’s all high quality. Best butcher on the coast!

We found this place by accident and the selection of in-house sausage and meats is amazing. We sampled (and then bought) the chicken terrine which is our new favourite appetizer. Plus they do a Friday night take-out dinner that sounds fantastic.
