We bought a lovely Toyota from Wes, friendly staff, no pressure sales, lots to choose from for cars and the staff made it easy to purchase a vehicle. I would buy from them again. They have warrantied cars that have been through the shop and used cars that were trade ins from local dealers that are as is. So test drive and go with your gut sales. Would recommend using them if you are in the market for a used vehicle.

About A month ago I bought my vehicle from Buy Direct. I drove along ways to find a vehicle. They were very kind and patient. They went out of their way to work with me, and were very Accommodating to my needs regarding a vehicle. The staff were amazing and very helpful. I personally dealt with Malik. His Communication, Attitude & "above and beyond" efforts to make it work for me during the process was excellent. He worked hard to make this purchase work for me, and made it happen as smoothly as possible. DEFINITELY DO IT!

Called about an SUV earlier in the day to make sure it was still there before we drove down (I've gone to look at a truck before that was on website, only to find out it wasn't there). After being told it was there, I let him know I would be coming down within the next couple of hours.

When I arrived, I found the SUV was already started. The sales guy came out, and I let him know that I was the one that called. I inquired why it was running, I wanted to do a cold start but he said someone left the dash light on all night and so the battery was dead and needed a boost but 'cold start is just fine'.

Needless to say, we still took it around for a spin in the parking lot (Can't drive it off lot) everything felt good and we were thinking we would take it. I parked the car and turned it off. That's when I thought I should fire it up again and there was 0% battery in the vehicle, no lights, no nothing. Even for it to sit there running before we got there for who knows how long, and us riding around there should be SOMETHING.

I asked the sales guy if he could throw in a new battery so I could test and see it fire up as I wasn't going to purchase it based on having to get it jumped and drive home - Unfortunately, there was no effort or desire to try to replace it out. Rather he offered $400 off and said take it as is and said there was no other battery to try out on site.

Seemed too fishy to me - would have potentially made a sale with just an effort to switch out the battery to show me it was good. Overall, not a great experience and have lost my trust to potentially deal with them in the future.

I want to thank JARED (Sales Rep.from Buy Direct Truck Ctr), for helping me with the purchase of a low mileage, mint condition vehicle - see the photo. This dealership has many quality used cars. I have been looking for an older Mercedes with low mileage for a while now. Not too many left in Canada and especially with the odometer at 127,000 KMs, and when I saw the Autotrader Ad. (from Buy Direct Truck Ctr), I immediately emailed them for more information about the Benz. Jared replied right away the next morning with the CarFax information and also answered all my questions. I was concerned about the exterior finish of the car (dents, scratches etc.), and Jared went out of his way and prepared a video of the car as I am from Vancouver and I couldn’t see the car in-person. Once I saw the video and confirming the condition, then made an offer… with a deposit to hold the car for me. I drove down to Kelowna to see it “in-person”, test drove it and just a minor tune-up and fluid changes needed - your regular required maintenance. Great price so purchased it, and Eric (Finance manager) helped me with the purchase papers and we were done in 10-minutes, and then Lindsay (Insurance agent) arrived onsite within 10-minutes after my purchase, and she gave me great recommendations on my new insurance policy, super efficient team! And also when I flew back to Kelowna to pick up the car, Kaelin picked me up from the airport. Fantastic service!

Bought a suv from buy direct all bought and paid for and as we were putting stuff into the car from our previous car we noticed the ac is not working so we told the guy at the dealership to which he said “once it’s purchased there’s nothing we can do, we sell the cars as is”. We have spent hundreds of dollars trying to get the ac fixed as we have an infant and ac in the Kelowna heat is definitely a must. Only to be told after the 3rd trip that they have exceeded their options on how to fix this ac.

Offered me a trade deal drove 3 hours to get there got there and didn’t have a deal anymore terrible service

My wife and I just got a van with the help of Jarod and Eric was an amazing experience. They made getting into a new Van easy. They then went above and beyond to get us into a repair shop to fix and issue that wasn’t found on site. Now tell me any dealership that will cover an Expense after the vehicle has been driven off the lot…there is non ORHER THAN these guys.

I'm happy with the little car I got, it's a winter beeter. However there was an additional 450 km on the odometer when I picked it up from the day i paid and filled out paper work. Did this on a Saturday end of day. Car was filthy so they said they could give it a clean if I left it for Monday. Did that, went monday to get it, battery was dead as a Door nail had to jump it, no biggie.but the odometer reading was way higher from the day I put my money on it. Alls the guy could say was "impossible! ". Like the odometer is lying.:/ Someone drove it. Why not just say ya, I took it home for the weekend. Why lie, like why? And 450km. That's alot.

Mike got ahold of me and did his best to rectify the issue. Although there wasn't much to do about the past, he did make happy for the future and assured me that he would address the problem as well as gave a couple gas vouchers:) thank you Mike!

I went to buy a car to this place and the guy who was showing us cars he didn’t have any idea about any futures of any car he said he was new and he was friend of the owner (no wonder how he got the job) I think the owner was trying to help the guy because he came out to see us and say to take the car for a day to test it out, the guy from financial was super pushy and annoying after we asked how will be the total for the car he was desperate to close the deal, the financial was ridiculous insanely high. Not happy they way how they are so pushy and aggressive. We actually went to a dealership for the same NEW car same year model and it was financially cheaper and further more better buying experience.

Had a really great experience here! Staff is awesome to work with and they have a really good selection of vehicles with good prices. If you don't care about being able to test drive your vehicle and get an inspection, this place is for you. If you want to be able to drive the vehicle and know what's wrong with it, don't go here. We were looking at a used car for $7000 and then were informed we're not allowed to even drive it because they're selling so quickly. Perhaps if you have a spare $7000 to throw at something.but we don't. So, nope! But the gentleman that helped us was really friendly so nothing bad to say about the team, but I'm not willing to risk that amount of money.

Oh my gosh, I can't even tell you how much Eric helped us out. We had a van that was high interest rate and we needed to trade it in for TWO VEHICLES with a lower interest rate. We don't have the best credit, we had 0 down and we have been through alot in the past year. So I was up front telling Eric all of this. I was embarrassed by our credit and our income. He was amazing you guys. He doesn't judge and he really did everything! We ended up walking away with a car that is AMAZING on gas and a 7 seat vehicle for myself and my kids. I can't thank them enough. If you are ever at another dealership and thinking. "hmmm this doesn't feel right" GO TO ERIC at buy direct! He will actually send back offers to the bank to make sure you get the best deals! He is blunt and honest and knows what he is doing. I would rate 10 stars if I could! Also cam is AMAZING too!
