Unfriendly, overpriced. Had a fish and chips lunch, paid over $40 for two mini portions. Not worth it.

Had fish and chips it was a treat, and the food was awesome. Staff was supper friendly, nice size portions if your in Penticton it's a must try.

We stayed in Penticton for 2 weeks in July, went for lunch at Buy the sea, it was amazing, fish was some of the best we’ve had, and coming from a Scotsman I’ve had a lot of fish in chips in my life, we went almost everyday for lunch. It’s a definitely the place to go for the best fish and chips around. And the fresh inventory is vast, great selection and reasonably priced. Great job guys keep up the great work, we’ll definitely be back, and anyone we know going down will be told to try it out. Excellent.

This place is amazing! Great selection of hot food (the spicy pickle fries) and fresh or frozen seafood, which is locally sourced or from around the world!

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable!

I must admit I was a little unsure after ordering and seeing how little food there was. 2 piece cod and chips. And one piece. Gravy, onion rings. My gf could only eat one piece. And tip $65. But once we got back to the hotel and say to eat I was amazed at how much fish I got. It was cooked perfectly. As were my fries. I literally licked my plate clean. I would definitely go back here for wonderful fish and chips and awesome staff. Next time I visit Penticton il be back for nore

O my well where can I start. Have not been there for about 1year and a half. Went today to support the community. Had cod and chips the smallest piece of cod and the fries where cook way to much the girl seen my cod so she brought me another piece. My bf had a cod Burger had to send it back it was burnt. Well we tried but no luck.

I felt like family as they greeted me! The halibut and chips were awesome. Their coleslaw was excellent. Best customer service as well. Thank you!

Two-piece cod and chips there was enough for two of us. Did take out, remember to ask for cutlery and condiments that you want. Prices on the sea food is very reasonable for an inland shop.

Fish and chips! Generous portions, good food, and pleasant staff.
Last time we were here was 6 years ago and the place was much the same then as now.
Hopefully we make it back before another 6 years go by!

Loved it! Tried some of their fish and chips, highly recommend, if nothing else just for the halibut. Amazing fish, cooked fork tender, and every bite was hot. Perfect batter that didn't take away from the flavor of the fish, and the chips were amazing, no salt or vinegar needed.

Was a great place for a meal for fishnchips but fries are different with a. Season salt on them now, turned me off right away, just want regular fries with your fish

Everytime we go there it is excellent- best fish and chips around …. And the fresh seafood is amazing. We really love the spring salmon …. And the staff are all so friendly and helpful

Food was good, not great. Especially if taking to go. We found the menu overpriced, and there was little to no savings by ordering the "family bundle". It was $100 for 6 piece Halibut & chips, with coleslaw & tartar sauce. (2pc Halibut & Chips was $32.99) so that was kinda weird.

Great seafood place in Penticton. Went for their Monday special (fish and chips) and it was enough for both of us. Friendly service, will stop by again when I’m in the area

Fantastic fish and chips! Breading was flavourful and the perfect thickness and colour. Fries were golden and cooked to perfection.

The staff member with the black hat and t was tremendously personal and great with all patrons and other staff.

Sounds like they were doing some training and it was very pleasant to listen to.
