Horrible service, never use this place. Old man with mustache was extremely rude and passive aggressive the old man needs serious customer service skills. Very unnecessary behavior for no reason.

We had a very complex estate vehicle transaction to do, and I have to say that Harvinder went above and beyond for us and got it done. He was patient and worked through the details of this transaction, and called ICBC a couple of times to ensure everything was above board and correct as he juggled several drivers licences and several sets of transfer papers. He also has a great sense of humour.: D Highly recommend.

Went in to cancel insurance on a car.

When asked why I was cancelling I made the mistake of saying the car had been in an accident and was written off by ICBC.

For some reason he needed all this proof the car was written off. Claim number, release to ICBC, was I at fault?

Waited for 20 mins on hold for him to confirm everything from the adjuster

I think even ICBC wasn’t sure what the call was all about.

I should have just said I was just taking the car off the road. What does it matter if you just want to take insurance off a car?

I been to this place recently late around 7: 45pm and Harvinder helped me to get a great insurance plan for my car. He was so kind that he went over and beyond to explain me the things. I was amazed to see his dedication that the whole process took him more than an hour and he worked with me till 9pm which was an hour over the closing time. Thank you Harvinder!
