Dropped in this morning and was lucky enough to find that Byron was in and had some time. He gave excellent advice on how to cut and style my hair, since I wasn’t certain, and thoroughly explained every part of the process as he went so that I could recreate the look at home as well. Couldn’t have asked for better service or a better result.

Byron is so talented. He knows hair better than any other hairdresser I’ve seen. He can provide recommendations to truly meet your hair needs. The salon is clean, bright, and in a great location. Thank you Byron!

I've been to Byron for years now. He's great in picking a cut that is perfect for you. He's a master with scissors! Precise doesn't even begin to describe his cuts. Colour is always the way I like it and my hair does not take colour easily.

Just got my hair done by Byron today and I’m so incredibly happy with it! Byron is amazing! He really listens to what you are looking for and works with you to find just the right style and cut. Went for the first time and their service is amazing! Super welcoming and knowledgeable staff that makes you feel at ease and comfortable throughout the hour. Went home more than satisfied with the cut they gave me. Definitely recommend them for a quality haircut and great conversation and hospitality!

I used this salon sometime back and it is very expensive and after the haircut my hair is growing so weird. Also when he was cutting my hair he used the comb a bit tooooooooo rough on my scalp and it has still been recovering. Again too overpriced: (

I am beyond satisfied with my hair, and the fun, unique and very personal experience I had with Byron and his assistant. Byron is very professional, fun, and efficient & he knows what looks best with your face shape + lifestyle. It was the best experience I’ve had in a hair salon. I had no idea how I wanted my hair to look, so I put full confidence in his hair cut & style. 10/10, I highly recommend!

Byron is a pro at what he does. I was starting to feel hopeless with my hair but now it looks and feels amazing. This was the best haircut I've ever gotten. Byron knew exactly what I needed and the whole experience was relaxing and reassuring. Reasonably priced and worth every penny.

I was delighted to have chosen this establishment to get my hair colored and foiled! The receptionist who booked my appointment was friendly and I was warmly greeted by Byron within seconds of arriving for my appointment. I was offered coffee or glass of water and I was impressed with Byron's interpersonal skills. He sat down in front of me and asked what I liked about my hair and what I wished to change. He was honest about what the state of my hair was.and what he could do to transform it into a healthier look that suited my coloring. Byron is experienced, empathetic and proactive. Byron was amazing to say the least. I had moved out of the area and when I was in town again, I called into the salon hoping to get an appointment. Byron not only fit me in that afternoon, he put time aside to do a beautiful colour and cut all in the same appointment.
Customer service was top notch and the cut he gave me was gorgeous. I have had many compliments since Byron worked his magic. I’ll be coming back to his salon in future whenever I am in town. Check him out, you won’t be sorry.

Byron’s skill is tops. Does wonders with my hair. He gets what I want but also knows what works for me. With the products he’s recommended my hair has gone from strawy to silky smooth.

Walked in with my grandmother today (12/08/2020) and Byron took us in! I was quite desperate for a haircut and needed a change, and he took us in with no hesitation.
He offered my grandmother a nespresso! Which she also enjoyed!

Byron has been colouring and styling my hair for more than 15 years. Not once, not ever have I been disappointed. I have recommended Byron's studio to many friends. His pricing is extremely reasonable considering that in Vancouver stylists are charging up to three times as much. His cuts grow out perfectly and I listen intently to his professional advice - he is never wrong. In addition, I can always count on an engaging conversation while in the chair. I moved from Surrey years ago, but always return to Byron's to have my hair styled. Thank you, Byron.

Today, after 10 long weeks in crazy Covid quarantine, Byron opened his hair salon and I couldn't wait to get my hair done! I waited outside til a customer left and was greeted with hand sanitizer and disposable gloves. I was directed to a freshly sanitized seat at least 8' away from the other clients and watched while the area around me was cleaned. Byron and Stephen wore masks and gloves while they worked and I felt very safe and comfortable during my time there. Thank you Byron for making me feel beautiful again!

Both Steven and Byron have now done my hair.my boyfriend has been getting me gift certificates to go there for 3 Xmas' now. My 2nd annual visit, last year, perhaps due to my own lack of communication, my cut n highlights were a kind of lackluster compared to my first visit. I tried to adjust to this slightly plainer more subdued do, however after having it for more than a week or so I was still not happy. I felt older and drabber instead of younger and lighter. At 46 you don't want to leave a salon feeling older. I take responsibility in some of this because I should have been clearer. Long story short.we called Byron's and he told me to come back. He was more than happy to make it right. He personally spruced it up for me no questions asked! I was clearer in what I wanted and I left there feeling younger, fabulous and loved it! Thank you Byron! In a day where customer service is not as valued as it used to be, Byron was outstanding! They could of easily charged me more money, etc. He and his team spent a lot of time making It right and that in itself made me feel special. I am coming back soon guy's and am confident, that as long as I am clear in what I want, both Byron and Steven alike can make me look fab. Based on Byron's professionalism and turning my frown upside down, I highly recommend Byron's.and want to especially thank you Byron for your superior hair skills and customer service skills. I am coming in soon again.for my annual spruce. Can't wait!

I have extremely long shockingly thick natural red hair. Every hairdresser I've ever gone to comments on how much hair I have. I'm now in my mid-30s I'm noticing the whites starting to appear.

Byron is the best hair colour specialist I've ever met. He has been covering my whites for the last year and I have full confidence in what he is doing when working on my hair. He selects the perfect match of colour, his application techniques are so calculated the end result is brilliant every time.

If you have red hair this is the only guy you should be going to, if you are adding colour to your lovely locks.

Obviously he's not only great at red hair but all hair types and styles. My haircuts are always flattering and more than I could have expected. He's obviously doing everything right because you don't stay in business as long as Byron if you have unhappy clients.

I give Byron 5 stars because that's all they allow. This guy's the real deal deserves 10 out of 10!

Stephen is the best! I didn't like my previous haircut and decided to try this place after reading the great reviews. Stephen knew exactly what to do with my thick hair to make it look amazing!
