Great customer service, great communication, great prices, free water testing, not trying upsell me. I used to use west coast pool and spa but found this place dramatically better all around! We have an Airbnb and it’s essential that we have our pool and hot tub running top notch and C Blu helps me make that happen!
Professional service right from the receptionist answering the phone call. I needed service immediately and they made it happen. I would highly recommend their services.
This company hires dirty worker. They don't screen their workers. Company like this is not reliable. Cleaning company should hire clean workers, honest and respectful. But they hired an Egyptian which is completely opp, so dirty guy disrespectful and dishonest
These guys have moved to their new location on State Road in White Rock. Dave and Karen Fox are still the best in the Buisiness giving great deals and advice. I've know them for over 20 years. Dave knows everything imaginable about Pools and Hot Tubs and how to install and service them! None Better!
Have relied on C-Blu for information and supplies in the past. Very helpful. First Time for a service call for our hot tub. On time, very efficient and fair fees!
We were having trouble with our pool Ph level and contacted cBlu. They got back to us right away and sent a tech out. It didn’t take long to find out we had pump issues and after waiting a short time the parts were replaced and our pool was up and running again. Would def recommend. The lady that handles their calls was very peasant too which made us feel like we would be taken care of. Thanks again.
1 STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO! BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLES AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE. CALLED TO HAVE A TECH COME OUT AND CLEAN OUR NEWLY AQUIRED POOL AS FALL LEAVES AND CONES WERE COVERING THE BOTTOM. $366.00 IN CHARGES INCLUDING CHEMICALS THAT THE TECH DID NOT USE AND WE STILL CAN'T SWIM AS HE DIDN'T USE A VACCUM NO NO JUST A NET FOR 15 MINUTES. MANAGEMENT WILL NOT EVEN COME LOOK AT IT, HE SAID I HAD TO PAY FOR HIS TIME!
I had the gentleman come out to figure out what was wrong with my jets. He determined the problem (broken/old pump) but didn't try to upsell me on anything. He was professional, didn't waste time and was in and out in less than a 1/2 hour. I've already recommended him to friends.
Poor communication skills, showed up with no call before hand, charged us to drain/clean/ chemical our hot tub, all my tub required was starter kit or chemicals to be dumped in. Inaccurate description of work on our very first invoice. Would recommend checking around with a different company, someone who is more hands on; or be prepared to pay for whatever someone feels like billing that day.
DO NOT hire this company - they scheduled a time to service my hot tub, nobody showed up, I had to call back multiple times (because they already had my CC number) and the maintenance guy Ed started complaining to me about how the office shouldn’t schedule the times for him and then showed up the next day while I was at work - when I went to check on the tub when I got home nothing was working and now my hot tub is broken and he took zero ownership and charged my for the service.
Ed is a Miracle man! My pool was green, it had ducks frequently landing in it and other things living in it. There were several holes in the liner. The sand filter leaked, the pump leaked. 3 visits from Ed and I was swimming in a clear water leak free pool with no leaks in the pump house! Not to mention his customer service is on point and he is a pleasure to have here once a week! I highly recommend c blue pool services!
Wow, what horrible telephone manners. I called to continue weekly maintenance service after I took over a rental property with an indoor pool, the man that answered the phone was rude to say the very least. I explained that I wanted to continue weekly pool cleaning maintenance, he told me that he couldn’t send anyone this week, so asked about, about next week, he said no to that as well. I asked when then, he said he didn’t know and that he couldn’t find the appointment book, so I asked if I should call back, and he said again, he didn’t know. He didn’t want to take my number and was basically barking at me on the phone. Huge customer service fail. I honestly don’t know why they would let such a grump like that answer there phones. All I can say is, don’t give your business to this outfit, they have zero manners.
