This company is a contractor to fix my building plumbing issue. They scheduled to turn off the water from 8am to 5pm. However, they left at 5pm without completing leaving the whole building without access to water. They only came back after residents complained to the property management.

Beware of this company. Our strata had them come replace hoses and taps on washing machines. First they over billed us but they did in all fairness correct the error, the service took 15 min and they charged for 3 hours. The original bill took them one year to produce then it was wrong. Then today we find out the did not even complete the work. Purchased a new washer dryer and the taps we paid them to fix are not fixed at all, they just put new handles on. Now the building has to be shut down and we have to pay another company. Beware!

Robert is such an angel. He went the extra mile to make sure things work out perfectly. Make sure you ask for Robert, if possible. He will do a tremendous job and treat you like family.

I hope the Customers are treated better than the interaction I just witnessed at a local White Rock establishment where an employee of this company used profanity and rude behavior when advised the business does not provide tap water to customers. I am unsure what the trade of this person might be or whether he was just having a bad day but this type of behavior should never occur as a company representative.

This company shines in comparison to other 24hr plumbing companies I have used. The office staff is fantastic and so are the field staff. The cheerleaders that deserve recognition are Ashley Main and David Kallin. I look forward to continuing business with this team for years to come.

If you are looking for someone to make a mess on your property and leave it there for almost a week then these are your guys. If you are looking for someone to be dismissive to you on the phone when you call to inform them of the mess and take zero responsibility for said mess than these are your guys.

Unbelievably Unprofessional!

This company seems to have no policy in place about their staff using residential streets as daily overnight fleet parking. You might think they are doing work in the neighbourhood, but it’s just their staff bringing home a couple oversized trucks and sometimes trailers. These oversized trucks take up all the residential street parking and create major visibility issues because they are often parked within a foot of an intersection. Makes for really poor advertising. Please be more considerate of your neighbours.

C&C driver tried to drive me off the road in his work van while stuffing a banana in his face completely dangerous and unprofessional. It was on the intersection of 240th st at 1: 50 P. M. 1/17/2022

Underwhelming, unprofessional and disappointing service.
Did not address the issues. Proposed resolution of a partial refund was immaterial and disrespectful.
Definitely would not recommend.

This company is very professional and reliable. They did a small amount of work in my office and it was just as promised.

Called for a electrician for a company I run and needed it dealt pretty quick, was told the person I needed to talk to was on the phone and then waited all afternoon then I called back and then was told the person was in a meeting and I asked how until this person could call me back as I needed a timeline and they couldn't answer me at all, was not happy at all moved on to another company.

Contacted this company to get a quote to install a demand hot water heater. They would only way they would quote my job is with an $80 charge. So this company knows their price is not competitive and wants to get some of your money when you find a better price. Don't fall for this, better to avoid this place.

Rude driver. Cut in front of everyone at Kensington exit Oct 16 8am. And he did it recklessly too.
