We have been dealing with C & N insurance company for over a decade now, and it has been nothing but an absolute pleasure. All of their staffs are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They provide you with the best options available out there without forcing you to purchase a policy that is not necessary for you to have, if there is a problem with ICBC and your accounts, they will patiently call them and wait on the line for as long as it takes until your problem has been solved I would highly recommend going to this insurance company for all your insurance needs.

They provide a service. Owners of this business doesn't provide proper heat and lighting for the staff. They are pleasant none the less.

The agent who helped us was incompetent at his job and unprofessional. At the office his superior demanded irrelevant bank account information (we explained multiple times we were paying in one lump-sum, NOT month-to-month) and tried to take a photo of our bank account with his personal phone without our consent. He also filled out our documents INCORRECTLY and now I’m left trying to correct information with the BC Government as a direct result of the negligence that occurred here. If the Government matter isn’t resolved, I may pursue legal action.

It's above and beyond your job to HELP the customer? Excuse me but helping the customer is what you are being PAID to do. You are licensed to do the job correctly and it is your RESPONSIBILITY to the customer to not make careless mistakes as the client is relying on your expertise.

Had to do a registration for an Out of Province vehicle from Ontario, went to a few places nearby but they either didn't know how to process it or just told me that I had to come at a different date. This agency actually had agents on the spot that knew how to process it immediately. I can tell they have experience as they told me that they handle many auto dealerships nearby and that accuracy and efficiency is their guarantee. Overall very satisfied, saved me lots of time and frustration, will recommend!

They gave wrong information to people and told them that we are scamming them. Because of that we lost 1000 dollar deposit we made to buy a vehicle. They don’t know their information and they give wrong information to people

Extremely disappointed with the service from here. The broker initially tried to sneakily sign me up for extra insurance when I had clearly asked for basic autoplan. When I had future queries about updating my policy details, they simply weren't interested, and suggested I found another broker. Don't give these guys the commission, and go somewhere that is willing to actually help you.

Thanks to Kevin's help and patience, my home and vehicle got the best insurance covered. I also found the new auto premium is worth to buy!

I am with C & N insurance so i moved from Burnaby to another location which is 30 mins away and of course my address has changed too.so i went to update my new address they didn't mention to me the price is gonna be increase even i asked the lady will anything be change she said no and i trusted her that everything is gonna stay the same so i signed the papers. Then i received my bill which was increase 15 dollar extra i was wondering why then i decided to call their office they answered the phone i was explaining why am i getting 15 dollar extra charges all i heard was oh because your address has changed that is why so i asked their manager’s phone number first of all he was pretty rude and he did not know how to talk to the customer, how to solve the problem or what the customer needs do or what is a solution for a customer, so anyways when i spoke to him on the phone he said that is the policy and that is the law when you change your address the prince is gonna be increase. I would like to know if the law says that or if the there is a policy mentions if you update or change your address your price is gonna go higher. I think it is not fair for changing your address the price is gonna be increase. Worse company ever!

Horrible customer service. If I can give zero stars I would. Absolutely rude. Didn't want to help me transfer a vehicle when he found out I didn't want to buy insurance. Wouldn't explain the fees that need to be paid just said it's all automatic in the computer and it's never wrong. Will never go back to them. Only reason going there was because their the only ones open on Sunday close by.

Overall very efficient and helpful staff, especially the young gentleman Kevin always had the most accurate answers to my questions. I've been to other Autoplans before and they were either unknowledgeable or just did not really want to spent the extra minute to help.e. G. Once I was at the metrotown agency to ask what my discount would be if I bought a new car, the agent immediately told me "I cannot find out and told me to call ICBC". Kevin instead tried his best and turned the computer screen around to show me exactly what my premium would be but also didn't sugarcoat answers and let me know the potential variables in one's rates.
