C&S were kind enough to look at our vehicle without an appointment as we were passing through Cranbrook and experiencing car trouble. They were super helpful and professional, and solved the problem quickly. We definitely recommend these guys.

One of the mechs here gave me better info, consultation, advice over a 15min phone call than the spot I've been sinking thousands of dollars into.ffs.very knowledgeable staff.reading all these 1 star reviews though - seems pretty dramatic aha.whether there is truth to those reviews or not.seems all the 1star posters have "1review" only accounts.maybe burners to troll this shop with.

They certainly are ours. We brought our Deli in after a bout of mysterious engine troubles. They quickly diagnosed the problem, sourced the parts, and made the required changes - all while staying true to their initial quote. They also took the time to talk us through our options, and they even gave us a ride back to Kimberley while we waited for the work to get done.

We will absolutely work with them again - highly recommended!

I bought a car from c&s performance and way over paid.when i popped off the hubcaps it had 4 different tires and had a very air low donut, when driving i got a flat instantly and one tire had a screw in it. Thanks to ok tire i now have safe tires.my car clearly looked like it had been in an accident but when i car faxed it had not been in just one it had been in 6 and stolen once.spark plugs look like they’d never been replaced and it has a weep underneath, now that i have sunk money into it i can somewhat call it a safe ride.the interior is like new and it has no rust but i should have definitely asked more questions but was told c&s performance is a reliable place.very friendly people there just wish they were a little more honest.

Wonderful customer service definitely recommend for anyone looking some work to be on there jdm and domestic vehicles

Had my Evo in for an inspection, though hesitant with all of these reviews.had my drivers door scratched and dented from the hoist I assume. Craig took no responsibility even though I just got it back from the body shop a week ago. I guess all of these reviews can't be wrong. I'll be filing a court claim at this point.

When I took my Delica in for an oil change, Craig went ahead and replaced the entire exhaust system (apparently there was a "leak that could potentially be dangerous? ") With an older one he had laying around. My $80 oil change was now a $390 job and I was demanded it pay!

Will play games and give you the run around until you eventually give up. Ended up having $5000 stolen from this company. No knowledge on JDM vehicles, no real connections in Japan, and shotty, often incomplete, or incorrect mechanic work. GO ELSEWHERE!

Honestly I’m hurt, not only financially and by this conman, but by our legal system. I gave the guy the benefit, even with all of my doubts and intuition which turned out to be true. There is a law that when this was taken to legal action that it had to be done earlier. He will play games and ignore you and post pone everything until the system lets him play it. A true con man, I dream at night that he steals from the wrong guy.

Imported my car through c and s, my vehicle was the same I ordered and all legal actions to get my vehicle road ready were to my satisfaction.

Quality guys putting in work when you need them, I needed to get my lancer going for a trip to Vancouver for a funeral.and my man Craig stayed late for me and cleared up my misfires quick fast, highly recommend.

Couldn't find an exhaust for my car that I liked considering the headers I had in my car. Craig sent me a few options and explained how each part of the system had worked. Only about a couple weeks it took me to decide on what I wanted.

He fabricated it for me from scratch and it sounded just the way I wanted it to; he even customt installed a electronic valve. Usingproper materials and welding I could not have been happier with the results. Craig and his team were very respectful and understanding to the burden that I have put upon them with countless back and forth indecisive decisions from me.

I would highly recommend this shop for anyone in or outside of the Cranbrook area. It was a far drive for me to meet Craig and his team but it was worth it!

I have had my car in for emergency service, with no one else able to answer my question while traveling from Alberta with my family.
Craig the owner helped us to fix my RHD vehicle at no cost, but made us promise to pay it forward and that we will.

After contacting C&S on multiple time about importing a car, we where told they where nolonger importing and were putting there focus more on the parts and service.
They where also very helpful on providing us with a importer in Alberta to help us secure a Delica.
Even after the importation from another company the Craig helped us secure transportation from Vancouver to the kootenay and provide guidance on get the unit certified. So for this I give them a A+ because they could have turned us away like alot of other company had.

I have been dealing with this shop for 7 years. From parts sourcing, importing cars to performance engine advice. I have had nothing but a good experience from Craig. He is honest and professional. 10/10 would recommend!

Craig stole $8500 from me to "import a WRX" that I found out never actually existed. After about 13 months of lies & stall tactics, I was forced to take legal action in order to get my refund.

Save your hard earned money and take it elsewhere. Velocity Cars in Vancouver is an honest business, and will go above and beyond for you when importing a vehicle.

Helpful at all times! From finding cars and sourcings parts to answering questions and helping troubleshoot problems over the phone Craig has always been there whenever I've needed him over the last 5+ years!

I haven't had this displeasure of dealing with Craig (the 1 and only employee here) but I've heard some horror stories from multiple people in the area. Beware.

Craig is a liar and a thief. He has stolen money from multiple of his customers including myself and my girlfriend ($2500). He will happily take your money but he wont ship you what you paid for. He will continuously play communication games until you give up. I left a similar review on his Facebook page. Feel free too message me for full details with screen shots. I do not recommend dealing with him or C and S performance.

I was told about Craig at C and S Performance Inc via a freind in Alberta and i agree with them he is a down to earth guy running his business solo and when i had a million question on my Evolution he would always try to answer even on a Sunday.

If you have any doubt about his service and workmanship, well take my word for it hes down to earth and will treat fairly.

I mostly just deal with Craig for parts and he always gets me what I need in a reasonable time. He's a knowledgeable mechanic and always gives good insight when I've had issues with my Evo's.

He runs a good business and does a great job for its size.

Only issue I've ever had is that he'll try to sell you some of his sponsored products first but that's understandable because that's what sponsorship is all about. If you know what you want he'll get you what you want and if you don't know what you want he can still help you out.

Craig fixed my car in no time. Knew the issues right away. Parts came in fast. Very happy with his work.

Very disappointed with my experience. Paid a large fee to import a Delica from Japan. Craig was unable to find a van for me in a timely fashion, this I don't blame him for. But in the meantime I found one locally. While I understand that he spent some time looking for one on my behalf, and I wouldn't have expected a full refund, a partial refund would have been a reasonable expectation. While he initially agreed with me, I spent an endless amount of time trying to get him to follow through, and he played communication games with me endlessly, until I finally gave up.
