As a first time buyer I am so grateful for Vin's help and could not recommend him enough! He took the time to explain the importance of a home inspection and what he was going to do. Vin was flexible around my schedule and fit me in as soon as possible. The report he wrote was shared with me the next day. The report was so detailed with pictures of everything. Not only did he inspect the inside of my condo (strata) he also inspected the exterior and common areas. As I was not able to be home during the inspection, Vin took the time to call me afterwards and go over everything of importance. He explained what he noticed on the property and answered any questions I had. Vin was professional, thorough, patient, and organized.
