This is always our favorite cactus to go to. Food is always great to taste and quality never goes down. Been to other cactuses but this one is hands down the best!

My family always enjoys dining at Cactus. Pavel was our server and he has served us before and is always wonderful!

Don’t waste your time ordering online. They screw up every time. Missing food last three orders. When you call they blame door dash or hang up on you.

Called in to place an order even though you’re supposed to do it online. Isabel answered the phone and was super amazing and patient while I placed my big order. Super appreciative of her customer service and patience!

Our server Ryan was SO sweet! Best experience at this Cactus location so far all because of his great service! You're our server bestie for the restie!

Disappointed in their robs crispy chicken sandwich. I did take out and The bottom bun was very firm and crusty (not in a good way), it was difficult to chew and eat. Not happy with how much i paid for a burger which turned out terrible which also seemed like the bun had freezer burn. They also didn't add any ketchup like they did last time i ordered for the fries, so i didn't get to enjoy it completely either. Avoid this location.

I hadn’t been to Cactus Club in years but dropped by before a movie. Food was fine but not worth the price, the portions are also quite small (for pasta I ordered at least). The atmosphere/service is very awkward and fake, genuine service was very much lacking. It’s one of those places where you are only buttered up and paid attention to come bill/tip time. Perhaps I just don’t understand the hype of Cactus Club but it’s not like what I remembered it to be, at least this location. Would not come back to this location again and wouldn’t recommend.

Seems like every cactus club location has bad service, low quality food, and watered down drinks.

Thanks to Will and Christina the bar manager at Cactus Club Sherway Gardens for showing me all the shady business practices they use to profit off their customers.

1. They serve old food to customers they just overcook it.

2. They water down your drinks during busy times (happy hour). I have literally witnessed with my own eyes this busboy bartender water down my friends drink. Please contact Jagz from TJ trading as witness. They will try to put little to no alcohol in tequila and vodka seltzers in hopes that customers do not notice. This issue will be reported to my friends at the liquor board.

3. They will give you extremely bad service if you did not tip them properly last time. By making you wait 20-30 minutes for a simple drink. Or having the little boys in the kitchen mess up your food on purpose. Remember people, tips are a privilege not a right. Bad service = No Tip.

Not sure about all cactus club locations but the SHERWAY GARDENS location run by WILL has these problems and much much more.

Rude servers and front staff. I have been to all of cactus locations in Vancouver and I won’t go back to this one with their low standards customers service.

I have been here many times, the food and atmosphere have always been terrific, only the last one of our dishes has a hair in it.

Happy hour prices are great but very busy patients is a must on weekends food was good portion a little smaller but very tasty.

The essence of corporate culture lies in service and management. My family and friends and I like this restaurant very much, with delicious food and excellent service.

Very organized, professional and helpful.
I came here to pick up the orders for couple of times.
As soon as I sent message to them, the staff replied to me “Thank you! ” and brought the food right to my car with warm greetings.
The staff are so friendly and kind here.
I chose 4 starts because I had to wait for my pickup.

We enjoy coming to Cactus Club in Coquitlam. Our server tonight was amazing. Hussein kneed down and carried on a pleasant conversation with me while my husband paid the bill. We will ask for him again when we come

A lovely floor plan and seating arrangement which is wonderful for an intimate meal with friends, business partners or a romantic dining experience. Our waiter Anthony was prompt, courteous, engaging, pleasant and professional all in one. The hostess was welcoming and gracious in choosing an appropriate table for our occasion. The food is not as good as Milestones and quite pricey the wait staff was exceptional though and the patio is massive and I felt safe dining there.

Had the cheddar bacon burger out on the patio. It was outstanding! Substituted the regular fries for the truffle fries. I also ordered a plate of calamari for the appetizer and an iced tea. First off, the calamari was incredible. I loved the slightly-spicy sauce and the jalapenos. Next up, the iced tea was superb! Would have liked refills, but it was super! Finally, the burger was delicious. As for the fries - I have had the salt fries before and thought I would give a try with the truffle fries. I liked them, but the regular fries I liked more. Highly recommended going here! Nice atmosphere and friendly service.

Great location! The ambiance is great for date night or getting together with friends. The seasonal pumpkin cheese cake is delicious! Great drinks! Great food! Cant go wrong!

Service is really slow, food is usually really good but our last visit everything was lacking. We go often and the food is usually really good.

The first time we went we were told the chocolate dessert was gluten-free and the next time we were told no, that's not gluten-free! You are dealing with people's health here, your staff should know about their menu items.

Me and my wife, came here tonight for dinner, late dinner that is. The young server we had was absolutely amazing she was extremely friendly and very helpful, they wanted to seat us out on the patio however my wife was very cold, and wanted to sit inside.that wasn't a problem. We also met the manager she was lovely, thefood we had was delicious I'm glad I got the full stack of ribs because I shared it with my wife. The three drinks we had were, great.the lava cake for dessert my wife did not enjoy for some reason, but the ice cream was delicious overall we had an awesome experience, thank you Cactus Club.

Amazing food. Seriously! Try it for yourself. Their butternut squash Ravioli and the Tuna stack just dance in your mouth!

Typical Cactus club; large location and very busy on a Friday nite. COVID precautions were being taken seriously, and the place was packed. In fact, despite arriving early, we had to wait 30minutes for a table of 4. After us, people were being told that the wait could be up to an hour (at 6pm). The menu was typical west coast fare, and i ordered the Modern bowl with salmon and it was great as usual.my colleagues had burgers and fries and other bowls and their great salads. We had some beers as well and there is a fine selection of adult beverages to be had. Venue: 4/5, Service 5/5, Food 5/5, Drink 5/5, Wait 4/5. Overall a good experience and its just a busy location for reliable dinner out. Would recommend.

If you like very attentive servers, this is the place! Not a minute will go by without being asked if you need something.

Consistently good food and service for dine in or take out. Tried the drive up pick up and it was super convenient. Raincoat salad and spicy margarita are the best!

On the 16th I was there to celebrate my birthday and the dinner we had was wonderful and drinks and dessert was delish. And our server was a delight. We had a great time there. Thank you Cactus Club.

Always busy some may enjoy that. We went here many times when we used to live in the area, this location seems to have an issue with quality in the kitchen. Our calamari order had food packaging in and so they gave it to us for 1/2 off. We won't be back.

I love their food and staff. Great quality tasty food with reasonable prices are what cactus club presents.

We ordered TERIYAKI CHICKEN RICE BOWL and BUTTERNUT SQUASH RAVIOLI WITH PRAWNS. And we like the bowl; it goes well with spicy yogurt.
As to the ravioli, it's a small portion and little bit pricy.everything is fresh, but we're just not so into the taste. Maybe try other dishes next time.

I have to say this was the best service I ever had from the time I called to reserve a table the person on the phone was a delight. The moment Meghan our server came to the table she was exciting and made us feel like part of the Earl's family. Then Sophia the Manager came over to greet us and she was awesome also it was my dads birthday and covid has moved us on to meeting for the first time in over a year we could not of had a better experience with the welcoming we felt. Of course Earls food is always good so don't need to talk about that it's the ambience the Family of Earl's delivers that will make that my go to Earl's I live in far from PoCo but will drive there as no other Earl's I experienced that service.

Was waiting outside in the reservation line on a hot summer day. 3 staff were just standing around inside enjoying the AC. One staff behind the counter waved us in but it felt a bit rude because I was expecting one of the staff to greet us outside. Anyways, we were told to wait in another line for a little while longer. We told our waiter about how we were a little uncomfortable with the interaction and she was very understanding. The manager at the time was also extremely understanding and discounted our appetizer. Experience was nice and the food was great. Yam fries dip was the best thing ever. Would def recommend.

Excellent food and service. We order online and have it delivered and it always arrives ahead of schedule and we're never disappointed. It's well worth the cost as the food never fails to satisfy. It's consistently good and the flavour is excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending.

I absolutely love this place! Amazing staff and good food! You should try their Sangria cocktail! Oh! And the grilled salmon plate is top notch.

Food was amazing. Super packed on Fridays. If you just want to sit at the bar there is usually lots of room. If you do t make a reservation, you will probably have to wait a bit.

Delicious food and the decor is magnificent. This is the nicest cactus in all of BC, in my opinion and I have been to almost all of them. Big space, clean and service is good. I think prices have gone up in the last couple of years. Other than slightly pricey food and not very big portions, good place to go kn a date or meet with friends.

Way too expensive for drinks. While we were there 3 tables had sent back broken wineglasses. 1 maybe but 3? Our server was very good though.

Really good food, good people, great atmosphere. Classy, but not uptight. The prices have been creeping up over the years, but it's still a great place to go for date night with my wife.

Ate here last night with a party of 20 and our bosses bought all of our drinks and then all of us got double charged this was very unprofessional huge scam bunch of crooks

They probally shouldn't offer takeout without a single pickup parking zone. Or atleast be on time. 25 mins into a 20 min order and they cant get it together. Enjoy the salad.

Food and drinks the same as all Cactus club. The only I didnt like is that after we finish our meal they brought us the bill, we didnt ask for it. After we paid but we still had drinks, server was asking us every 5min if everything is ok. Seems like they dont want you to stay for a drink. But eat/pay/leave. Even bringing the bill with out permission, is like they saying "it's time to leave". Very rude from their side.

Just celebrated a milestone birthday here. You can only book for 10 people via online BUT the staff were extremely accommodating to my party of 14 request that I had to mention at the restaurant.

The food is always excellent here.

I usually have the Pesto Chicken Quesadilla but this time I opted for a family favorite; Chicken Lettuce Wraps with an order of Yam Fries.

I always love eating at this restaurant.

The Coquitlam location is great. Always enjoys meals and occasions at this location. The service was great and as always the food as well. The Rocket salad is a great meal for lunch or dinner try it if you haven't already.

Food was great but wasn't able to order over the phone and had to spend 20 mins waiting for the food to be made

The restaurant itself was nice and cozy. I like the low and dim lighting which creates a more intimate atmosphere. Perhaps this contributed to my server's inability to see the lack of cutlery on my table- which I would consider a con.

I entered the men's washroom, and there was a bloodied feces stain on one of the toilets which seemed to have been there for quite some time. I'm surprised no one saw or cleaned it. I thought this would affect my appetite, but it didn't as the food was sublime.

This was an awful experience. A group of 20 coworkers decided to call ahead for a reservation, which they told us they cannot do reservations. They had one waitress at iur table who forgot half the orders, overcharged everyone for extras. The manager charged 200$ extra on my bosses bill that was not suppose to be there. Which we all at the end needed to stay an extra 30minutes to an hour trying to figure out everyones bills and the manager told us sucks to suck your bill is what is is. They provided awful service and then at the end suggested we have to leave.

Pretty good when it comes to dietary restriction a. This location had the best service in all the ones I have been too. The food is what you would expect from a chain restaraunt. Great for a casual night out. I got the raincoast salad and thought it was executed pretty well.

We went to their happy hour. We sat in patio area. The server was very attentive. He earned his tip. The menu price and food was good as well.

Very good food, and good options for vegetarians, also amazing cheesecake only problem is they were out of the crispy tofu bowl my personal favorite.

They have a great staff. Bathrooms are always spotless and pleasant. The food is good, but I haven't had a lot of different dishes on the happy hour or appetizer menu for the last two years. In need of a revival. Parking is adequate. Wish there were better transit options so I could hit the decent patio and have a drink without worrying about how to get home.

The hostesses and server were so friendly and the atmosphere is so fun! Nothing better than a Dirty Vegas (or 2) with a Feenie Burger (gluten free bun) YUM and my best friend! Just another Saturday in paradise!

The menu could use more vegan and vegetarian options. Flavors of the food and of the drinks were pretty basic
