The worst service ever experienced by the server named “Lexy” who was super rude and not professional in every means, her manager Elainy on the other hand was attentive and apologetic for her team member behaviour.
The point we would like to make is they should have train employees how to serve people properly!

They did not have a high chair and only had a booster seat but the issue was there was no straps and our child is still quite young. We were not able to fully enjoy our meal because we had to use a hand to make sure our child did not slip or fall out of the booster seat. It’s not a great place for families with young babies.

Met friends on a Monday at 6pm for dinner. Restaurant was fairly busy, but we saw a handful of open tables so didn’t think the wait would be too long. Asked for a *table* instead of a booth, and the young lady at the host counter seemed confused - I had to explain I’m a big guy and don’t fit in their booths. She explained they only had 1 table available and they just sat a party there so it could be 45min-1hr wait. I was a bit puzzled and asked if the other tables I saw open were not being sat at this evening (maybe there’s a staffing shortage) and she explained they were for reservations coming in later. I asked if it was possible to do some creative “math” and move one of those reservations to a booth and then give us the table, and this seemed to be a confusing and overwhelming ask. Eventually, she went and got her manager and that person came back and said “sure, no problem”. As a Host, isn’t that part of your job - to be able to pivot and move folks around as you need to, to accommodate as many parties as you can? It was an unfortunate start to our evening out - that left our party waiting to be sat for almost 30mins, when it probably could’ve been dealt with seamlessly in less than 5mins had the young lady been trained properly and had some Host experience.
My call out for Cactus Club as a company (and other restaurants) - build your booth spaces larger; or train your host staff adequately so they can respectfully identify on their own that larger folks in a party will likely feel more comfortable at a table instead of squeezing into a booth. And, for your tables, don’t have modern-designed chairs that have full backs and sides on them, that also require larger people to squeeze into them (like this location has). Overall, this wasn’t a great dining experience for me, given the lack of body positivity design and interaction I experienced here; and I’ll definitely reconsider this and other Cactus Club locations next time we’re looking to select a place for dinner.

Came in for a bite with my coworker, had a great time and one of the best chicken burgers I’ve had in a while. Shoutout Liz who was serving us, she was checking in regularly and was so nice. Genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Cactus.

We went there for a company Christmas dinner, it was a bit too noisy imo, other CC have more intimate settings. I love their raviolis but steak wasn’t worth it - too plain.

Came in for dinner and a drink after work and our server Elizabeth was so lovely, we had the best time with her! She was very attentive and recommended the Prawn Crunch Roll. 10/10 dish, my friend and I Ioveeddd it. Coming back again soon for Elizabeth, she made our night!

Marking our 1st wedding anniversary, we chose Cactus Club for the celebration. The experience proved to be delightful, with the cuisine meeting our expectations. Starting with mini crispy sandwiches, we found them to be both tasteful and well-prepared. Our main course featured the truffle Parmesan chicken and the flavorsome Cajun sandwich, both of which were great. Opting for a mocktail, the drink was commendable in both taste and presentation. Concluding the meal with a delectable lava cake for dessert, we were thoroughly pleased. Our hostess demonstrated professionalism throughout. In summary, the overall experience was exceptional.

What can I say? I come from a time when there was genuine (not fake) customer service. It will never be what it used to be. These days, you practically have to track someone down for water or a cup of coffee after a meal and they STILL expect these astronomical tips! Sorry, it just drives me crazy.

Pretty good deal during weekday nights happy hour! We had a large group that night and it’s helpful that reservations were available online at your own convenience. The restaurant also then called us to confirm on our large pax booking an hour before and was flexible to accommodate some minor last minute requests. Overall, it was a great atmosphere to relax after a long busy work day while we enjoyed our fruitful fellowship there.

We celebrated our first anniversary at Cactus Club Cafe, and it was a delightful experience. The impeccable service, timely food delivery, and the server's attentiveness and friendliness truly enhanced our celebration.

For starters, we savored the Mini Crispy Chicken Sandwiches paired with the refreshing Sunset Soda and Soul Revival drink. Moving on to the main course, the Truffle Parmesan Chicken and my personal favorite, the Cajun Chicken Sandwich, were both exceptionally tasty & delicious.

To cap off the evening, they made our anniversary even more memorable with a delightful dessert – the indulgent Chocolate Lava Cake. We look forward to revisiting for another wonderful experience.

First time at this location for dinner and dessert, and the experience couldn't have been better. Our server was Adrianna, and she couldn't have been more personable and helpful. She gave us some great recommendations which we really enjoyed, and was very quick and attentive. She was seriously hustling to keep all of her tables happy and so I wanted this review to reflect our fantastic experience with her specifically. The food was great as with all locations, but it's service like hers that would bring us back to this location. I hope management will give her some much deserved recognition for her positivity and effort.

Ive been here on multiple occasions and always had decent service. But this one friday was particularly brutal.

I walked in for 2 and was told 30min wait at specifically 7: 13pm because I received a text for approval I was put in the list.

Legit, over 15 different people came in after and asked how long the wait is, some of them had reservations and some were also placed on the list.

About 40mins in I had inquired to make sure I was still in the list as I see people who came before as 2 get seated first. The hostess assured me that I was still on the list.

An hour had gone by and I inquired again, she dare tell me they are waiting for a table to finish their dessert as they are taking particularly longer to finish.

As more couples get seats ahead of me I thought to myself well, ive waited this long it cant be any longer right? Im too far in.

It is now 9: 05pm, finally one of the manager approaches me and said she noticed I have been sitting there for a long time, I told her about the situation with the hostess.

She was kind enough to apologize on her behalf but that was not acceptable service.

I ended up ordering the steak and frites, of which the steak was absolute disgusting and tasted no different from cardboard.

Manager compt my bill as an apology for the wait. I have never been more disgusted at a restaurant i my life as I probably would have gotten better service at a fast food restaurant.

Back to this location? No thank you.

10/10 would recommend! Our server Kristen was amazing and made our experience unforgettable! She recommended the perfect drinks and was very attentive, will definitely be coming back!

I had a great time here! Adrianna was my server and she took such good care of me and my friends. Lovely personality. Will definitely be coming back.

I took my gf here for her birthday. We decided to share crab cakes, avocado dip and Szechuan chicken lettuce wrap. We were totally shocked to see for $16 as an appetizer one crab cake which was tiny. We asked the waitress if this correct as it was a tiny patty that it's only for one person and poor quality not even appetizer sized. She had a look of dismay she was expecting this question. It must be asked a lot. Long story short do not order the crab cake unless you want to starve. Or you can pay $20 full price for one if it's not happy hour. Good luck folks.

Came in for lunch over the weekend and my server, Adrianna, was absolutely amazing! Her attention to detail and how personable she was made this a 10/10 experience. Will definitely be coming back!

Decent food, chicken was cooked nicely. Downside was the spot I got seated at there were no TVs

Came the other day - Had to leave a review. Our awesome server, Kristen, gave my family and I the best service! Great menu recommendations from her and prompt service. Will definitely come back the next time in Brentwood area!

The nice thing about Cactus Club is that no matter which one you go to the quality remains the same. Good food, good atmosphere and good service. Belini FTW
