Just go elsewhere. This place is old, dated and they have no clue how to make your experience a good one.

Made only gluten free menu order with gluten free bun selected. Food came in a wheat brioche bun. Kitchen paid zero atrention to the order ticket. I expected more from cactus.

Conveniently located right opposite Burrard sky train station. Food is flavorful! I had the Teriyaki chicken bowl it was fresh, light and a perfect small meal for anyone looking for something new to try.

Salmon is very good and tasty 5 Different Cactus Location Restaurant food is the same perfect and Service to.

Had a meal here last week; great location, servers were lovely however our food wasn't quite as good as the coal harbour location.

My go to place for dinner when catching up with friends. Super delicious food and drinks, amazing service and upscale ambiance. My favourite dish here is the tuna poke bowl, it is way better than normal poke bowls!

Food was delicious, and servers were very friendly. At the moment, they are checking vaccine passports, which I appreciated.

Bad experience! My wife and I tried to have dinner as it was near our hotel and it was raining really hard. We didn’t have a reservation but there was a lot of empty tables. The hostess checked our vaccination card and ids but told us to wait outside in the rain for 30 minutes! We asked if we can stay in the patio area but insisted we wait outside. Very disappointing and inconsiderate of the hostess! Thankfully, we found a better place, the Grain, who welcomed us even without reservation and didn’t ask us to wait outside the rain!

Chill vibe, cool young crowd, decent food, great drinks, and good service. Prices are fair and pretty affordable. I personally like their gin summer spritzer and their dijon salmon (Lois Lake steelhead, if you're wondering) served with butter mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. For parties of 2 or more, you need reservations, but solo folks can usually find a place at the bar during the evenings without much of a wait (if any).

The food is great no doubt in it but the wait is forever. They say it’s a 30 minute wait and it went way longer than that. This is my second time waiting so long to get in. Not really happy waiting outside in the cold for so long.

Really great place to eat and look at really hot waitresses. You're in the center of the party at this place and not far from the rest of the night life either. Food is good, drinks as well and good service from really pretty ladies. Covid friendly and down to earth. Not a bad thing to say about. No snobs here!

Worst experience of the trip so far. From the carbonized mini hamburgers (see picture!) to the tasteless Moscow mule and almost pre made poke bowl. No idea if this was a bad day or if it's regular but we won't be back.

It's Cactus lol. Food is always super delicious and I love the summer cocktails. Service was fine, it has up and downs. But I would definitely go there again for the amazing food and cocktails.

The service here was great, as expected. Always felt comfortable with the server and they check in to make sure everything is okay.

We ordered calamari, prawn spaghettini (forgot to snap this one), and steak frites. The first two items were tasty and fine but unfortunately, they missed the mark with the steak. I asked for my steak medium rare ; It came out more on the medium side.

I believe the sous chef confirmed it was medium when the server brought my steak back to the kitchen. The server was very nice getting us another full plate of steak frites but the second steak came out medium to medium-well. I thought I was going crazy but our server also thought the steak wasn't right. At this point, I didn't want it anymore.

Server and manager came to apologize for the steaks and asked what they can do to compensate. Asked for a free dessert for my girlfriend since it was her birthday. They were also considerate when they offered to take the steak off our bill. Service here is excellent, and I know they can do better with the food.

We went here and got amazing service from Treya. She wasn't even our server, but went above and beyond to deliver drinks, clear dishes and be friendly. There was some confusion about who our server was, but instead of us leaving frustrated, she made to for it!

We had drinks, guac and a power bowl, all very good.

Would recommend! Kudos to Treya again! Keep this server. A+

We ordered a jalepeno margarita was good, but also a chardonay. We were brought our drinks like this, first the margarita and then 3 mins later, the wine. The wine had a weird look to it and smelled peachy. Almost seemed like the wine was mixed with juice! So we had to flag attention to the waitress as service was very slow. She finally replaced the wine. It took a total of 15 minutes to get the Chardonay and then they charged us full price. It's too bad, other establishments take a little more responsibility for their errors.

Cactus Club is always a nice experience. Have been here a few times and no real complaints. No extraordinary service or anything, you pay for the decor and ambience in food prices. Will be back though

Excellent patio! Service was prompt. Burger was delicious and the happy hour price was reasonable. It was a nice spot. The only thing I'd improve would be to have more shade available on the patio. There were lots of tables available but only a couple had proper shade - it was hot in the late afternoon sun.

Overall, the service was poor and the food and drinks had no value for money. Would not recommend to anyone. The service and ambience feels pretentious and cheap because of the way staff behave.

Found out that the dessert was not made in store and yet they were charging for it as if it was.

I have been eating in this Cactus Club Cafe location for almost 2 years and I haven't been anything, but a happy customer! I love their happy hour, food is delicious there and I love the selection of cocktails and drinks, too. Servers are always friendly and efficient, sometimes I admire them how they do it with the restaurant always being so packed.

This cactus club cafe location is so pretty located right on waterfront the service was amazing if you’re going to go to any cactus club I would recommend the butternut squash ravioli with prawns I would say it’s the best thing they have on their menu but I wouldn’t know because it’s all I get when I go to cactus club it is so good you won’t be let down. The service here was really good everyone was super friendly and nice.

I've had the chance to come a second after the previous experience. I am very impressed at how much my experience has improved ever since. My friend and I were seated at the perfect spot where we were able to chat and still listen to the music, that was really great. The food was delicious and came at the right time. Stella is an amazing staff, provided one of the best customer service I've seen at various Cactus clubs. She was able to observe when we would be done with our dishes and help us clear it up right away. The washroom was also very organized and clean despite being a Friday early evening. Thanks to this experience, I am going to come back again to this specific location next time.

Not sure what to say about this place. It has something to tick a box for everyone in terms of food.in other words meh.the atmosphere for drinks however is worth mentioning. This is just a great place to grab a beer after work or schedule a lunch with people you dont know. Unlikely you will offend them.

Crowded, noisy. Typical high end chain with pretty typical fair given a fancy name and high price. You can find the same in multiple places in almost any city, so don't go out of your way.

I had the world's best server Isabella.will go back and sit in her section every time.food and wine were yummy too

Extremely slow service. We got our entrees 1hr after we ordered. Also when we got there it wasn't busy as we were the first table in the patio section. However almost all other tables after us got their food first.
Basically it took them 20 minutes to bring our appetizer then another half an hour for entrees. Never had this issue at any other cactus club locations.

3.5 actually. It's a chain restaurant and a pretentious one at that, but the food is well portioned and can be relied on to please everyone's palate.
Given the constant busy-ness at this location, the service is also consistently efficient versus some of the others.

I love their Red Thai Curry with Chicken. Nice ambience with such a good looking and well behaved staff.

This place is just amazing! Especially the manager Jeane Velazquez, she went above and beyond on what she did for us and my family. They didn’t have an available spot that was to our liking, so she offered us apps on the house, which shocked me! She was very kind and sweet and she didn’t have to do what she did. Thank you! Jeane for your kindness! We will for sure recommend this cactus club to any one of our friends and families!

Chic atmosphere. Came during happy hour. Enjoyed both the drinks and food (lot of food for the price). Waiting staff - awesome.

This place has a very high-energy ambiance lots of fun very open and airy because of all the windows around great service great food only got four stars out of five because they got one of the orders wrong but let's face it we're all human

I love this location but notice that sometimes they forget to change their oil. Today I ordered the cajun chicken sandwich and you could totally taste and smell that the oil was dirty. It was smoky and not it a good way. I did not get the chance to go back since I was on my break but it was a real let down as its my favourite and know what it usually tastes like. Great food and drinks, as always. Tonight was the first time I have seen issues - but they were a friend's issue that resulted in the unfair treatment of the staff. Even through that, that staff was sympathetic, considerate and diplomatic towards both of us.

This is one of the reasons I come to Vancouver. This place has it all. Good food, nice atmosphere, music on point and not loud. The most friendly staff. Service is top tier.

We really enjoyed it here. Nice, classy venue with a good quality tasty menu. Professional and well presented staff. Central location. Reasonably priced. Get in before 6 to enjoy a reduced price happy hour. Popular, so book in case it gets busy.
