The company is just taking people's hard earn money for nothing. People please be aware of this company. After trying to cancel their Debt relief program they telling me I have to pay fee of $174.83. They did not even do nothing for me, the lady was still trying to convince me to proceed with the program. Please please people do not even make any enquiries from this company, they pose as a loans, when you apply for loan then they try to skam you.

They were transparent and honest throughout the credit repair process, keeping me informed every step of the way.

They take payments early resulting in nsf constantly, they never answer, and when they do theres a 50/50 chance they will say hello and imediatly disconnect. They haven't fixed anything on my bureau yet they take 68$ every two weeks. Not sure what kind of clowns they have working there but they definitely aren't funny and they are horrible at the job they're supposed to be doing.

Sales representative lied about providing me with a Financial Advisor and that linking my bank account was for verification and determining if I was eligible for the program, nothing else. Was told I would speak with the financial advisor before ANYTHING was taken from my account and I could tell them if I wanted to be apart of the program or not. No financial advisor called me, no one told me I was accepted into the program and I did not sign anything stating they could take money from my account. Money was taken anyways.

Requested to speak to some kind of legal department about falsifying financial deals, programs, etc.and was told they don't have one. What kind of loan & credit consulting company doesn't have a legal department?

I just got a call from this company looking to speak to my 12 year old daughter and they promptly hung up on my when I said she was 12. I called back and their excuse was they were following up on my credit problem. I don’t have a credit problem and neither does my kid and I’ve never heard of this company before they just called. It’s a pretty sketchy business model if you ask me. Highly unprofessional and inappropriate.

I was not happy with the attitude I just received from an agent when I decided that I wasn't going to go through the consolidation because I felt like I could not afford the payments. She said and I quote "waste of time" before hanging up on me.
