Awful. Made ahead reservations and preordered our food. Dinner was at 6, didn't get dinner till damn near 8. Not worth it won't be back. So sad this use to be an amazing place to eat

We waited for our food for an hour, as our server unfortunately forgot to put our order in. BUT the meal was delicious, well proportioned, and was even colorful in its presentation. We forgot to take a pic, being so hungry.

Good costumer service. Polite waitress and really good food only complaint is it litterally took well over an hour to get our food. And it was all different times and certain items were missing. They were really in shambles

It was great except that it was Friday night. Fridays are very busy there and so service is slow. The waitress girls did their very best but as I said it was very busy.

Went here last night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. So disappointed. They sat us in the solarium which on a hot day was much warmer than the rest of the restaurant. We ordered an appie and drinks. Someone brought a ceaser salad to the table this was a different waitress than ours.
We both ordered one so we didn't know who it was for. It came with no croutons. Then the appie came. Escargot they were very small and rubbery and didn't taste very good at all.
A different waitress walks by and drops a plate down when I asked what is this she then said what it was which was part of what I ordered a different waitress brought the potato and veggies separately later.
We waited so long for the bill that we went up to the front to pay. Not the meal or experience that we wanted.

The food was ok.par to the price as everything is so expensive.our waitress Olivia was amazing.

Waitresses were very experienced with their table manners. They had lots of questions which was a good thing. I had there a fee of french onion soup and calamari and I really liked the calamari. The question that the girl asked us was would you like your appetizers with your meal or individual. Very good question.
I was at the Tunnel Pub just recently and my dining experience there went right off the rails with the owner getting mad because we dared to ask if we could get appetizers and the main meal together. There is more to this but overall I'm not going back to the Tunnel Pub for a very long time they don't need my business.

Fantastic, pizza. Good Caesar salad. Haven't eaten in for years, so I can't comment on that but the take out is tasty, there's delivery too.
