Even with the high price tag, the food speaks for itself. Absolutely phenomenal and worth it.

Wonderful dining experience was had last night. The cooking is a gastronomic 5-star without the formality, and price. So fresh and full of flavour, this gem of a cafe hits all the right notes. Service is attentive, and friendly. We’ll definitely be back for lunch & brunch. Bon Appetit!

My friend and I had lunch here on a rainy Saturday in April 2023. It's a classic French bistro in every detail. Efficient waiters, excellent food, reasonable prices, and a spectacular Cidre Bretogne, which we are now looking for at local private stores. Very pleasant room, quiet enough for conversation. We sat near the kitchen and so enjoyed a sense of the goings on.

We came here on a sunny, warm Saturday afternoon for brunch. This is our favourite French restaurant in town. The service and food was excellent as it always was! We had spinach and crab benny, croissant benny with lobster meat, and mussels with fries.

Haven't been here for a while, but the services and the food are still amazing. My favorite is the mussel and frites.the plumped succulent mussels and the fine shaped frites.yum! A great cozy neighborhood French gem and give it a try if in the area. Also, noticed their menu expanded.more choices.

The real deal! Authentic fresh french food! I had a great experience. It felt like traveling to France without the airfare expense. Attentive and friendly service. The escargots were the best ones I ever had. Even the French fries are made in house. The wine by the glass is spot on what I need. Bon appetit

Described as an unpretentious French Cooking with a very cozy environment.it is inside the French Cultural Centre…the staff start your arrival with a very warm welcoming and the Covid-19 strategies are in place for our safety.the food that we ordered for our lunch was excellent and my steak and frites hit the spot.my friends ordered the mussels and frites and the lamb shank…we all finished every bite as the food was tasty and very delicious…this cafe has a very special environment …and here the four friends arrive once again for a lunch together at this fabulous restaurant.

Everything is good except an Asian waitress who was extremely rude to us which ruined our day from the beginning. We 8 people got 6 small pieces of bread and asked her to bring more to let everyone have one piece at least. BUT SHE REJECTED saying she would bring more to us AFTER WE FINISH THESE 6 PIECES. I asked her: so you want 2 people wait for other 6 to finish and ask you again? SHE REPLIED THIS IS THEIR POLICE that we could get 3x6 pieces of bread during the whole brunch but not at a time. She was arguing with me for a couple of minutes about such a simple and reasonable request. Extremely worst attitude ever had in vancouver! Later she escalated to the manager/boss instead of bringing us one more plate of 6 small pieces of bread. Feel very offensive

(it is my 5th time here ans I still paid $40 tip for food service but WON'T come again if she is still working there)

I often go to this restaurant for lunch and never disappointed, reliable food service and excellent French food. Highly recommend.

I finally found my type of French restaurant! There is more creativity and quality in the food than in some fine French restaurants. I liked the French atmosphere as well. The servers were friendly and helpful.

This is my favorite French restaurant in the city. I love the staff! They are always fun and friendly. The muscles are to die for! Love them and order every time I'm there without fail. Prices is extremely fair and you definitely get what you paid for and more. Couldn't say enough great things about them. They took great care of us even with my toddler in tow and accommodated us with a fully packed hall!

Absolutely love it. I have tried so many long-lineup-forever restaurants for brunch and none of them were impressive. This time there’s no disappointment, amazing food and service with cozy French vibes. You never wanna leave without trying the best mussels!

Amazing and friendly service! I brought a group of students here and Antoine took amazing care of them in supporting their French. Food and its presentation was perfect. Highly recommend!
