Caffe Artigiano

I only had their drip coffee, which I thought was okay. Will try something else when I go there next. Also, maybe I went there during peak hours, but the place seemed understaffed to me.

I say this because when I got there, the people who'd sat at my table before me had left their mugs & plates, and in the end I had to remove them myself because the two workers behind the counter were completely occupied with orders & such.

Something else that screamed understaffed was the sizable wet spot that remained on the floor for a long time. Sure, the CAUTION sign was placed in it, but the water covered a large part of the floor and was in the way, and therefore, hard to avoid. It was a slip hazard, especially for the much older clientele.

Consistently one of the best coffee shops in Vancouver. Always great service and high quality coffee and tea. The pastries are also very good. Highly recommended.

I ordered a hot chocolate and the flavour was not good as other locations. Very sweet, I tried it and right away trough it out.

Great service! Drip coffee was a bit on the acidic and bitter side. Croissants are huge!

They are really not kidding around when they say things like "not your average" ham and cheese sandwich.

Changing the Spotify tracks would work wonders for hearing what other music sounds like.
