Caffe Artigiano

Loved the almond croissant. The cheese grill was out of this world. The location is perfect near the art gallery in Vancouver downtown. The server was very friendly and helped me understand the items on display. I liked the mocha as well. I would love to hang around here more often.

Maybe it was a bad moment, but some of the worse coffee Ive had in a while & the services was not friendly also

I am a regular here, they have nice seating arrangements with convenient charging points but in the last 2 times I have seen a mouse passing by on the floor.

I am not really sure if I should go back, request management to pay attention to this

Staff dragging metals chairs across the floor like nails against a chalk board, sweeping and mopping around customers as if they were closed (not for another 3 hours!) the strong bleach they used on the floor was burning my throat and I couldn’t finish the drink I bought! Very weird experience and treatment for the staff to conduct when there are customers around, won’t return.

Staff is the cutest! Come here all the time to study and everyone is so friendly. Shout out to the closing staff cause I always see them working hard! The manager is the nicest! My fav cafe in downtown

I obsessed of Chicken croissant and Spanish latte there, together it’s the best lunch for my break

Caffe Artigiano across the Art Gallery feels like a coffee shop was and should be. Other coffee shops look and feel cosmetic. This is the best of the old and the coffee is great as well

I am going here regularly now. Cofee & all the Lattes are my favorite… Its like trying a new one every time. Nice decor, taste & service is superb as well.

I’ve been this location since 2008. The service is great and coffee is outstanding! One of the best coffee in town!

Consistently good location, staff are hit and miss for friendliness, enthusiasm or general knowledge.

Ordered a cookie and cream hot chocolate. Was good, but would prefer the milk to be a bit thicker.

Weak coffee at big prices. Very disappointing. Also, croissants are sold without the option of jam - lame.

Pastries tasted like a day old. The hot chocolate is meh. Waitresses were friendly. The place has little to no character. Expensive. Will not return.

I tried the passionfruit hot chocolate which is on their Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival menu this morning.

When I first saw the pale white color of the drink I was suspicious but I thought I should not jump into conclusion too quickly, maybe the whipped cream disguised the dark chocolate color. However after tasting it, there’s not even a hint of dark chocolate in it, I only tasted the oat milk and passionfruit syrup. The young server may have forgotten the main ingredient dark chocolate? On top of that, the drink temperature is lukewarm. Very ironic, isn’t it? Their so called hot chocolate is not hot nor with chocolate.

What a huge disappointment! I really regret not getting the hot chocolate at Faubourg next door.

I bought it. Cost almost $10. It's not hot at all. Even less then warm. Not much taste. Cost too much. Never go back.

This used to be a great location, but Artigiano as a whole has been eroding their customer service, their barista quality, their baked goods quality, and raising their prices. No longer offering 3 shots in 16 oz drinks, poor quality espresso shots, food is practically inedible with the worst croissants around. I will no longer be going to artigiano. They used to pride themselves on offering a European level coffee experience, sadly no longer. I say this as someone whose been coming here for years.
