One of the best study spots near UBC, used to come here all the time when I lived in Kits. Super friendly staff, good vibes, great coffee (I also adore their matcha latte).

Great latte! Loved the ambiance, I took a book and relaxed for a few hours here. Couldn’t recommend this cafe enough:)

Defintely a hidden gem. The interior (chairs, tables, decor) is comfortable and well spaced out. The food is simple, yet delicious and prepared with care. The person who served me was attentive to detail and checked in about the temperature of the cafe and how the food tasted. Perfect place to study, I’ll definitely be revisiting.

The owner is always really nice and welcoming. I had a matcha latte during my visit and it tasted delicious. Highly recommend coming here (:

The host was very friendly and recommended me the turkey cranberry sandwich which is absolutely delicious and flavourful. I’d highly recommend this place for good music too.

Everything good but the staff was amazing. Made me feel really good having a drink here after a long day. I would definitely wanna be back here later.

Sin place for a quiet weekend morning breakfast! Ordered two bubble waffles with different flavor and we finished them all. Warm waffle with ice cream and whip cream turns out not too sweet, exactly perfect for the morning with black americano. Highly recommend.
