Cale Grieve was exactly what I was looking for, without even knowing it. I originally listed my home privately on-line, thinking this would be the better option for my situation. We had put our home on the market.and then took it off.almost 1.5-2 years later, we put it back on. I highly recommend Cale if you are selling. At first I was impressed by his willingness to go the extra mile. After a while I realized that, for him, it was not an extra step; it's just the way he approaches his work. Cale is very personable, a strong communicator, extremely hard working, and very patient.
