I’m a patient of Dr. Kulkarni and am so grateful to have a kind and compassionate doctor that truly cares for her patients. It’s rare to find a doctor that listens and truly engages. I never feel as if I’m being rushed and I leave every appointment feeling taken care of. She provides the same level of care for my toddler and husband and we are so lucky to have her as our doctor.

The earliest doctor's appointment that I can get is in 4 months. The clinic is poorly managed. They do not have a waiting list for appointment cancellations. Instead, I am required to phone in daily to check for a cancellation. It is very difficult to contact them. This is a waste of my time and theirs. Time would be saved if the clinic contacted patients when a time slot becomes available.

Dr Francis I saw him today for nerve pain on going for 4 years first Dr that had helped me so kind I highly recommend this clinic very nice

RUDEST woman Ive ever spoke to in my life after waiting on hold for 20 minutes. Should be fired! Que says full alll the time, you can never get through.

Several days I've tried to get through and get the message: we are too busy to answer the phone please try again later

My moms doctor is at this clinic
And he wants to see her, so I guess I have to drive in to book an appt? !?

I have been a patient of Dr Boshoff for almost 14 years, as well as my daughter, and he is an absolutely awesome Doctor, never walked away feeling less than satisfied with the visit. I'll agree with others regarding unbelievable wait times, unfortunately this seems to happen more often than not, or at least it used to but I haven't been into the new office at all yet, so hopefully that's no longer an issue, but also something my Dr has always been super apologetic for anytime it's happened, he makes it clear if your more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time he won't be able to see you that day and you'll have to reschedule. Maybe more of the Doctors there should do this and appointments wouldn't be so backed up. Just a thought.

Poor communication and I’ve had several negative experiences there a few years ago which is a shame because I was born and raised in Nanaimo and I spent most of my years going to this clinic. Everybody back then was so polite and genuinely cared about their patients but something has changed there over the last several years. I’m not sure where the problem is coming from but I am assuming it has to do something with management.

I decided to change doctors and to go elsewhere and now everything is fantastic for me.

Nice new, fresh clinic! It feels so inviting and happy in there, my favorite doctors office I've ever been to. The staff is great and the organization is impressive. Wonderful.

Dr. Layton is the best! Kind, caring, compassionate and dedicated- everything a doctor should be!

This Clinic is a major upgrade from the old one that was in the same mall. Brand new facility with so much more room and doctors. Receptionist's are far better, more polite, more helpful, less wait times on the phone.
Nurse's station is a great new addition! I was there for my wife's appointment. I asked one of the nurses if she would have time to take out a stitch that was left in me from a procedure I had at the hospital a few days prior and she did it no questions asked and without me having an appointment. Very impressed with this new clinic and all the wonderful staff that go along with it! Keep up the good work folks

The worst clinic with very unfriendly unhelpful receptionist, extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve been living with a condition for 3 months and have had to come back multiple times on my days off and the proper tests have still not been performed. I hope they get shut down. Dr. Dunsten Adams please retire

Takes up to 15 mins to talk to receptionist. No new patients accepted. No waiting list being taken. Three weeks from phone call till appt No in clinic appts

Dr. Zanbilowicz is easily the kindest, most caring MD I have ever come across. Rarely comment like this. Just very impressed and very grateful. Excellent at what he does as well. Thanks Dr. Z!

Dr Olivier has terrible bedside manner, the receptionists are quite rude.
If there were literally anywhere else taking patients I would leave.
