Waste of money and one of the WORST pedicures I’ve ever had. Both my partner and I went together and both ladies doing our pedicures did the absolute bare minimum. They put in extremely little effort and clearly wanted to finish the service as fast as possible. No massage, barely any scrubbing, and the steamed towel burnt me. Bad experience.

Have come here for years.
They do a great job mani and pedi.
Most workers talk to each other in their language so pretty impersonal. They pack people in too.
So not a quiet relaxing, personal experience but a nice job on the nails

Nothing but great things to say about this place. I've had my nails done a few times there and they are the one place in town where my acrylic nails don't actually start to peel off after a week. I also had my nails done once and then had my thumb broken or I needed to have my nail removed so that the hospital could drain the blood from underneath it. The place was so wonderful that they said once my cast was off my thumb that I could come back and have all of my nails done again for free. I highly recommend this place!

Vivian did such a good job on my acrylics - design was slightly complicated and she did a great job. Normally the nail techs don’t get the shape right but Vivian did such a good job!

AMAZING service! Always have soooooo many colors. I have green sparkle recent, and now gold. Girls are so nice, and it's always a good time here. TU TU!

Was very uncomfortable there today when I went in for a pedicure/manicure. Too many people were allowed in the shop at the same time and NO proper protocol.

Was uncomfortable having my mani/pedi done at the same time with zero separation between the two staff members and myself. Both services were unsatisfactory and not happy with the whole experience. Ended up leaving before both services were completed.

I went here recently and got a gel french manicure done with some pretty flowers.they look great! The whole process took 20min max which i thought was quick.while cleaning up my cuticles they cut my thumb, which happens.but i also left with nails polish on my hands and the gel wasn’t separated from my nail and skin until they saw me trying to fix it at the door.they then came and filed it off while i was paying.so overall they try to work fast and get people in and out.the staff was nice, the final product just wasn’t worth it.

I went for the first time today, I wish I asked the girls name because she was amazing. I came in with a Pinterest photo, that didn’t look fast and easy. The beautiful woman who did my nails today was absolutely brilliant. I hope she gets the credit she deserves. I asked for an ombré with diamond details. She absolutely did everything she could to make it happen. From what I understood she was the only one doing acrylic fills. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and kindness.

The lady (I didn't get her name but she was wearing a yellow sweater) worked so hard on my nails. I had pretty bad feet and she spent so much time on them. Big plus they are open late.

My girlfriend had her toes done before our holiday. Today I had a good look at them while at the pool and ffs what a half done job. Not great trim or shape, bad nail coverage and not enough gel leading to white blead through from standard toe nail color beneath.

I usually come here for my waxing and every time I’m here, I feel so welcomed and good. The staff (especially Tina) is super polite and friendly and gives you best service. I will definitely prefer all my services from here and I highly recommend this place. Just Love it!

Very good customer service. They got me in right away without booking an appointment. And was able to give me exactly want i wanted.

I visited Cali Nails today as I had an appointment at 2pm. They never wrote down my appointment and said it wasn’t their fault. They told me to come back in half an hour so I did. When I got there they seated me down. I waited an hour and a half and they never ended up taking me in. They took 4 other people before me but never got to me. They said they couldn’t help me at the moment so I decided to leave. I wasted 2 hours of my day and had to rearrange my whole schedule because of their horrible service. They never apologized and I will never be going back.

I took my 83 year old mom here for her first pedicure and the staff was very kind and gentle with her and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. My mom has decided we are going back when she needs her nails trimmed ️ great job Cali Nails

The service was really good but the place was dirty. It feels like it's just been neglected over the years. Dust on the chandeliers and on the shelves and not much organization. That being said they did a really great job on my nails.
