The guy sliced my finger with the electric sander 3 times and my nails look terrible. Will never go back!

I hate to do this, but this is the worst nail job I've ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone. So short that it hurts the ends of my fingers. Such a terrible shaping job and file job my nails are catching on everything I touch and they ground them so hard I thought my hands were on fire. Made my nails so soft I can't do anything without breaking them off. Terrible colour selection and they tried to talk me into a colour I didn't want. No. I will never go to this store again.

The nail tech was 20 minutes late to my appointment. VERY rude. Little to no variety. VERY dirty tools.

I am never going back. I had a really poor experience here. I went to get a gel polish manicure but the quality of the paint job was not good at all. The lady doing my nails was clearly rushing because not only did she cut my finger while trimming my cuticles, but she also got plenty of nail polish on the skin of my fingers. The gel polish was so thick that my nails looked like they bulged out. Really poorly done and bad service when I asked for them to be fixed. Frankly I could have done better myself. There are way better salons out there and I would not waste my money here.

This place is amazing, as well as the workers. So friendly and fun to be around. Yen has done miracles with her detailed designs, for such an amazing price. Definitely recommend!

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. After an hour and a half I left with bleeding, uneven and sharp nails. They look like a 3 year old did them and I am so embarrassed to have these on my hands. Do not reccomend at all

Just terrible. Does not deserve even one star. Woman was rude and as service began she tried uping tge price quoted, awful. I couldnt understand her and walked out.

My first manicure. I have been informed it is not normal for one's cuticles to bleed during, however 8 of mine did.

Got eyebrows waxed - they don't matched and she cut too much off one side with scissors. And still have lots of random hair under my brows. She asked me twice if I wanted my lip waxing too. Do not recommend - might be better for nails.

The photos do not show the horror and discomfort I am in after the young girl manicurist at Cali Nails’ mutilated my poor hands. She tortured my cuticles but clearly cutting too much off of them and now are severed and splitting painfully. Needless to say I will not be back. Manicure enthusiasts beware…. This isn’t the place to go.

Cleanliness was lacking and sanitation very poor. Unprofessional treatment of myself, the client. Good luck with your business model.

I initially went in for a pedicure and my only complaint was that she exfoliated my feet for like 2 seconds and i still walked out of there with tons of dead skin on my heels.later that afternoon i had some spare time so i went back for a manicure.she didn’t even soak my hands and i ended up with an infected thumb and 2 infected toes a couple days later.do not recommend this place at ALL!

Tried to go get my nails done here. The lady at the counter gave me the dirtiest look while I was trying to ask for a appointment. Completely ignored me and walked away sat down with a client leaving me standing. After 5 mins I left. As a beauty shop owner myself. I couldn’t believe how rude n straight up lack of care the staff had for clients. I will never return or would definitely never suggest there services

I have been going to Cali Nails now for some time and everytime I was satisfied with the results, I live in Hedley and they would always fit me in and I always left there happy. Very professional work. I will definitely be returning and I will be referring family and friends. Thanks for a great experience.

I walked in, they said they couldn’t offer the service right away and for me to come back at 1: 19 or they’d give me a call if something opened up sooner. Fine. I came back at 1: 15, he called me to the front of the line and said I needed to wait another 20-25 mins. I said should I just go elsewhere if you keep pushing the time back, he said if you don’t like it go somewhere else. Which I have. Thanks for your service, enjoy the review.

Good male tec he was funny and very friendly. He did even better than I asked for! They turned out absolutely perfect They even booked me in last minute and stayed past closing hours! Thank you so much cant wait to get my fill:)

My nails Tue Ed out perfectly! The tech asked what I wanted and clarified that what she was doing was right, and very friendly!

We had the fish and chips Special. It was great home made we will be back. Great service along with great food.

Hands down the WORST pedicure I’ve ever gotten. The lady doing my pedicure didn’t talk to me once, was answering the phone with the dirty gloves on she was giving me a foot scrub with, was using pens and writing in a schedule book of sorts with the same dirty gloves on, GROSS! Then I look at my toes at the end of the appt and I was horified to see a huge blob of cured polish on my big toe that stuck out so poorly, she had polish all over my cuticles and to top it off the top coat she used she got everywhere and it sets a different color so everywhere she had it thicker than others covered my pink toes with a milky splotchy coating.would not recommend going and spending 60$ on a pedi here even if the world depended on it.
