I don’t usually give dealerships a high rating but all the staff I dealt with here were exceptional and exceeded my expectations. I bought a used vehicle remotely then flew in to take possession. The process was seamless and quick. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Just wanted to add another review Thanks to Ali and the rest of the team working alongside him! Did an amazing job sorting out my transmission issues on my Crown Victoria! Fixed in a reasonable amount of time and did an amazing job! Highly recommend Cam Clark ford for any repairs and service. Great customer service and really care about the customer experience!

I have always had very good Service at Cam Ford North Vancouver. Most of my service has been through Steve. Ford is lucky to have Steve as he is a capable kind person who gets it done.

Friendly Service Advisor on day of service but not all items sent to Ford prior to service date were reviewed. Ford also contacted me one day before to suggest I re-schedule as they do not do anything other than oil changes apparently on Friday's and Saturdays.

Overall and average service experience.

My low tire pressure light came on and I was in North vancouver, so I popped in and even though it was a miserable day they very kindly checked my tire pressure and top them all up for free! My Little Fiesta felt very taken care of. Their facilities were nice and clean and their staff were friendly.

I do not recommend this dealership at all got a 2016 f350 2 years ago and they lied to me about it being a finance and turned out to be a lease which I would have never done and transmission went on truck at 160,000 and that’s supposed to be under warranty and they refused to honour it it was the biggest peice of junk I have ever own! And than when I wanted to trade it in they lied again to me about not being able to get me approved on the truck I actually wanted so I went somewhere else and got the truck I want no problem they just wanted to lock me into another lease with the narsist Steven Knaus lease manager at there lease company i definitely do not recommend this guy! Maybe if they honoured the transmission bill be a bit better business I mainted all my stuff regularly also and they also charged me 1200.00 on a def fluid problem and fix lasted a week and didn’t honour that either they are just out there to take your money I have never had a truck spend more time in the shop as this ford did and than when I took my business elsewhere and got the truck I wanted they refused to take there lease back and have made that process so difficult for the other dealership trying to buy the truck!
I 100% do not recommend cam Clark dealership and cam Clark leasing and I have given them plenty of opportunities to make this right for a faulty ford problem and they refuse to

I have damaged a tire to my Aviator and could not find it anywhere on the island to fix it - every location was closed for the Thanksgiving. On the ferry I called Cam Clark and Stacy has taken the issue in her hands to find the specialty tire and schedule the appointment (shop was already fully booked for the week) ; minutes after the call I received the message from Stacey that the tire was ordered and the instalation will be completed likely before 3pm, so I can continue my trip to Edmonton. The tire arrived before 1pm and Stacey called me to drop of the car at Cam Clark. Everyone moved fast and had the work done around 2pm. Every one was very nice and polite, especially Stacey who has exceded our expectations in quality of service and kindness. Thank you, Stacey and the team!

They got me in and out on a big job for my work van faster than anyone else could in the lower mainland.

Steve Read at Cam Clark Ford is absolutely fantastic - it was a dark and very rainy drive down the Sea to Sky early morning for me to get my car in for new rear brakes and winter tire swap so when I arrived it was a relief to work with Steve to get my car organized for the work to be done that day. Steve's kind, polite and informative manner is awesome. He gave me options and we spoke openly and honestly about the work that was needed. My car is the most expensive item that I own and I feel safe bringing it to the team at Cam Clark as they make me feel like my vehicle is also important to them. Prior to finding these guys, I was taking my car to Ford in Squamish and while I have resisted the urge to write them a negative review after my last experience lead me to look for a new service centre, if you are reading this and considering moving your service to Cam Clark, I cannot recommend it enough. I wish I had found Cam Clark Ford years ago. Thank you to Steve and Keith for making me feel like a valued customer!

The Ford product is good, but the people (all staff) at Cam Clark are very good, high quality professional people and a pleasure to deal with!

We had a great experience with the sales team right through to the insurance broker. This is the second vehicle we've bought through Cam Clark.

Mr. Ali from the service team is exceptionally helpful and personable. However, the appointment system does not seem to work properly at this location. Despite booking an appointment for 1: 15 pm, my vehicle was not attended to by the technician until 4: 00 pm. They said there were many cars ahead of mine in the queue.

Excellent customer service. They provided me a place to work while I waited for my car to be fixed. They also washed my car! This is my first visit to this dealer and I was very pleased.
