First would like to say that both Rohin and Cory are very nice to deal with.

Over all I am very disappointed with my experience at Cam Clark Ford service department. Since bringing my 2022 F-150 in March 10/22 to check out some issues I was experiencing with the stereo and in dash display screen the vehicle now has several electronic fault/failures. Was told by the service manager " Evo" that they would have to do a software update or "re-flash" as he called it to possibly remedy the situation. Had to leave the vehicle for several days. When I dropped the vehicle off I told Evo that I had a leveling kit installed and had changed the tires, so he was aware of these changes, minor as they were.

Since the re-flash was done the following fault issues are present " front camera fault service required ", " lane keeping system failure, " pre-collision assist not available ".

Was also told now that the software update is done they cannot go back and re-set things to the way they were before.

I asked why these fault codes are happening and they told me that they cannot calibrate the front camera because of the leveling kit and new tires and that there is nothing they can do.

I drove this truck to Kelowna, 100 Milehouse, all around the city after the leveling kit and tires were installed with absalutley no issues. Cam Clark Ford along with many other Ford dealers throughout north America installs these very same components. In fact there was a 2023 F-150 with what looked like the very same changes done to it in the showroom at Cam Clark Ford one day when I was there.

The battery was also replaced on the same March 10th visit and not long afterwards I had a dead battery. The drivers window that was repaired is also acting up again, when you close the drivers window it opens again, so you have to close it very gradually.

I was greeted promptly upon arrival at the service door, work to be done on the vehicle was discussed at which time the customer requested additional parts?

The customer was provided assistance in unloading wheelchair and walker was stored in the bed of the vehicle.

During time spent in The Waiting Room I was duly offered coffee and asked whether or not further assistance is required.

The serving of the vehicle was completed on a timely basis and returned to me being given a full explanation of work done and whether or not there were any concerns.

Again, upon leaving, assistance with my wheelchair was provided without hesitation and much appreciated.

I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the service provided and will continually to bring my vehicle to this dealership.

I go here for my personal vehicle needs because my work uses them for our fleet services. Overall I have always had good service and will use them for some time to come!

Took car in for spring maintenance and change of tires from winter to summer. Very friendly staff at the service counter. Service was performed in a timely manner and got the car back the same day.

Last week I was in town for a hockey game and came into Cam Clark Ford looking for a SUV we see on Auto Trader for my wife. We seen a car during the walk around that we had wanted for years. After a quick test drive and a very easy low pressure sales posses we made a deal and drove home in the best dam car we have ever owned. Thank you to all the sales and business office staff for 5 star top notch customer service. Our Golden's River and Cedar approve as well.

Service Quote was Highly inflated. Do your due diligence. Check the pricing your given. I did and found them to be thousands more then other dealerships.
I am updating this review from 1star to 5star because a manager and a service advisor really stepped up and went out of thier way to apologize and correct the mistake that was made. They have won me back.

Got my dream car Mustang 5.0GT Last summer from Paul. He's a really guy (120% recommended! (lots of ppl heaving business with him which from my apartment, even the building manager!)

Everyone there knows me as a loyal customer and I appreciate their personal attention in regards to my multiple vehicles. Four service advisors stand out from the rest. I fixed the sliding door and asked to replace the engine oil, but only the engine oil was replaced. And they tell me to reschedule my appointment. It was unkind and didn't keep its promise. This dealership needs to be eliminated to revive Ford.

My vehicle is 2 years old with 25k km. Requires warranty work. Told me that if they can't find the faulty part, I'd have to pay their diag fee.they acknowledge there's a fault in the system but can't figure out how to find and fix. Sounds like lack of training to me. I said to use the NVH Kit and they straight told me they don't use that anymore because "it takes up too much time" and that "if I know a shop that uses it, I should bring my vehicle there". So using proper tools is not an option appearantly.
