I had such a great experience at Cambie Broadway Dental. I had a dental emergency and they were able to see me right away. Every staff member I encountered was reassuring, informative and kind, from the first phone call to the actual procedure. Highly recommend.

The staff are always friendly and helpful! Alissa (hygienist) is easy to talk to, accommodating, and does a great job cleaning every time I’m in.

Cambie Broadway Dental have been my dentist for ages, and I am very happy with the quality of their care and service. I highly recommend them!

I never have to wait for an appointment upon arrival, they always bring me right into the chair. I’ve had really courteous and awesome hygienists and knowledgeable dentists. I always feel in good hands here.

This clinic is highly recommended. I didn’t have a full day free on the day I visited and Nicole made efforts to accommodate my request to have both of my treatments done in a row. She coordinated this with the team and they all made sure my treatments are done on time. Joana, my hygienist is the best. She’s so welcoming and caring. I easily got comfortable considering it was my first time in this clinic. She’s very professional and really felt her sincerity in taking care of her patients. Awesome team!

I have one of the best experiences at Cambie Broadway Dental! Doctor Danelle is one of the best dentist. She is very kind and very helpful for my teeth. I had a sudden emergency, and they cleared out their schedules so I can get my teeth fixed in two days. They have such great welcoming warm staffs and also great hygienist. Everyone is so kind and friendly!:) I would highly recommend them to anyone.:)

Honestly the best dentist I've ever been to in my adult life. I've never had a dentist explain to me why they are performing the various works on my teeth. Dr Kent Huynh takes photos of the trouble areas and goes over in detail the what's and when's and why's before, during and at the end of every appointment. And all of the work he's done has been excellent. Easy flossing afterwards and no sharp parts or pain. Never met a better dentist. Glad I chose Crossroads Dental Wellness.

Going to this hygienist was more like a rollercoaster than anything. There were some ups and downs but at the end of the day it was a fun and memorable experience. Alissa (my hygienist), was a great person and enhanced my cleaning experience. Overall this is a 10 out of 10 if you ignore the fact that you're at the dentist.

This was my first dental experience in almost 16 years and if I had been nervous beforehand, by the time I was 2 minutes inside the door that feeling would have been gone. The front desk staff were friendly, immediately welcoming and in perfect sync with the appointments.

My dentist and technician (Dr. Hu and Raphael respectivly) were friendly, approachable, funny and highly informative. The explanations of the procedures and then information after assessment was second to none.

Following my new patient assessment I had a cleaning performed by hygenisist Angie who was ALSO friendly, approachable, funny and amazing in her technique. 3/3 for the crew!

Overall I cannot recommend this dentistry office enough, especially as a new patient. At no point in my visit did I ever feel like "just another patient. " This is a practice focused on the patient experience, operated by highly passionate and educated professionals and gets an unequivocal 10/10 from me.

Jean (the MOA) was very accommodating and helpful with my billing questions, and she answered my emails so promptly!
Have yet to meet the hygienist team so I cannot speak to them, but Dr Hu was kind and knowledgeable. Very gentle.

Dr. Arvinder Sooch is the epitome of professionalism and dentistry. He made my procedure very a breeze to go through and was there for me every step of the way. I cannot recommend Dr. Sooch enough, everyone deserves to have a dentist like him! I would also like to give Fatima recognition as well. She was a great assistant to Dr. Sooch during the procedure and is very friendly. I had great conversation with Fatima and it felt like I had known her for years. She was also very knowledgeable and provided great advice.

My hygienist was excellent. She was very calm and gentle. She explained every step she was taking and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment.

I’m really happy with my service and care by Dr. Mac and the front desk team. Dr. Mac is really expert in his job. The front desk team is highly cooperative, timely and respectful. Thank you

Melanie (dental assistant) and Dr. Mak were more than great. I was nervous at the beginning but they were able to answer all my questions and help me feel relaxed. I had my wisdom tooth extracted and I didn't feel a thing! Dr. Mak definitely is one of the best dentists by far and I am bringing my husband with me next time.:) highly recommend him as well as the clinic overall.such professional staff and friendly environment.

Dr. Chan is such a wonderful, compassionate and skilled dentist! So grateful for their fabulous communications and kind approach. I felt so cared for and even my wisdom teeth extractions were so much easier because Dr. Chan was so careful and efficient. Deep appreciations and high praise!

I needed a new dentist after moving back to Vancouver, and was looking for one with good reviews and some evening/weekend hours available to suit my schedule. I decided on Cambie Broadway Dental and I’m so happy that I did! Everyone was friendly, considerate, helpful, and thorough. I felt like I was listened too, and loved Dr Chan’s conservative approach. Definitely the best dentist appointment I’ve ever had, and I’ve already recommended them to some of my family.

My wife has Parkinson's and Alzheimer's and cannot speak. She needed two small fillings and the dentists and other staff were incredibly considerate of her and me and took the time needed to make sure they could get the work done and that she would not be in pain.

Great experience! Staff are very welcoming and helpful. I went in for a cleaning and x-rays and left the clinic knowing that my teeth are in good hands.

Staff is always friendly and efficient. Never had to wait more than a minute or two past the scheduled time. Facilities are bright, clean and welcoming. Our family has been coming here for nearly 15 years and I can’t remember a single bad experience, for both adults and kids. Costs are within BC guidelines so if one has dental insurance, it could be fully covered.

Always friendly and surprisingly I haven’t had any issues with my teeth since transferring here 6 years ago.

Dr Mak gives a good explanation of the treatment plan and he is so professional and knowledgeable in terms of treating my gum inflammation.

Only took 2 days to get an appointment. Dr Sooch walked me through my x-rays and photos, the whole team made me feel very relaxed

Cambie Broadway Dental is outstanding. Dr. Mak is my dentist and I am terrified of dentists until I saw Dr. Mak. He makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Thank you Dr. Mak for making my experiences calm and almost pleasurable as far as dental work goes. You are the best ever.

Staff are all very friendly and informative on my dental treatments. Had to get a root canal during the lockdown and Dr. Mak was extremely supportive and attentive while the office was still closed.

They were fantastisc all the staff and doctors very clean, i am 6 months pregnant had emergency and i will recomnend them to all who visits.

Had to have an emergency surgery and these fine folks took me in and fixed me up within hours. The staff is very friendly and the dentist was very supportive and open with what needed to be done, step by step. I will be back for any more dental work I may need in the future.

Came for a tooth extraction and I love how much care the Doctor & assistant put into making sure I was comfortable before the procedure. I expected it to be more painful but I didn’t feel a thing. The prices were fair. This place is amazing!

All the stuff were really friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything as they went and with covid-19 they were very good about cleaning everything and making sure everyone who works on you is properly dressed to avoid cross contamination. As someone who hasn't been to the dentist in 10 years that was a wonderful first experience back.

Very customer service focused by both the staff and the doctor - friendly, personable and professional. Also safety focused, which I appreciate in these COVID times. Great advice about options, which likely talked the doctor out of current business. I find that very admirable. Won’t hesitate to return in the future.

Alissa and Dr. Chan were fantastic! I always feel comfortable and relaxed at all of my appointments. They are very informative and helpful. It’s also great that they introduced me to the brush-on fluoride/polish. Never have to go back to that other stuff you have to gargle and swish for 60 seconds. Thank you!

I went to this dental office because I had a deteriorating molar that was increasingly painful. I made an appointment through the very friendly and professional receptionist Lea. I had Dr. Danelle Chan x-ray my bad tooth and she set up an appointment to deal with it. I am a wheelchair user and for my appointment, they did everything to ensure my comfort in their chair. Dr. Chan anticipated that my dying molar might be a difficult problem to deal with so she ensured that Dr. Lawrence Mak would be around to assist if needed. It was needed and it required that dynamic duo to get the job done, which took over four hours. It was a harrowing ordeal for all of us but I couldn't be more impressed with the persistence and high level of care they provided every minute. Richelle, the dental assistant was also amazing. I wish I could give ten stars.

I had a tooth pulled today by Laurence Mak and it went so well. He was so gentle and he told me what he was going to expect or do before he did it. I wish I didn't need so much freezing but it was pretty infected. I will definitely go back. Very nice staff to. Thank you!

My experience overall was really great. I saw Iona for my cleaning. It is clear they are taking great precautions regarding protocols as far as covid is concerned, I felt very safe coming for my appointment.

Iona is wonderful. She is extremely thorough, and very gentle. She is always on time and does a great job.

As far as the fees go, they are pretty on par with the rest of the city, perhaps a bit under. The receptionist gave me a receipt as well as a claim form to submit to my benefits but they do direct bill most insurers.

One of the best clinics I have been to in a long time! Super helpful, work with you on financial matters very openly, NON JUDGMENTAL which is a big one for me because you never know what someone is going through and whether they can afford dental care consistently or not. I came in for an emergency dental appointment and now I will always book with them because of how well they handled my situation and I did not feel uncomfortable or anxious AT ALL! This is my first time being the clinic. Dentist and hygienist were very helpful. The dentist patiently answered my questions. The hygienist, Arryn, is the most gentle one whom I have seen.

Just visited the dentist for my routine cleaning. This time I had hygienist Alissa and she was a delight. She scaled my teeth like you scrape ice off your windshield - no plaque was safe from her. Yet despite expecting my napkin coated with the blood of my toothy battlefield once it was over, the carnage seemed remarkably mild. She was as happy as I was about the state of my teeth and gums and reminded me how to floss and brush. Alissa really cares about teeth and she's witty to boot. A good and painful (it's the dentist what did you expect) experience.

Cambie Broadway Dental Clinic is by far the best clinic that I've ever been to in my entire life. I'm very pleased and thankful that they took me in despite the short notice. They scheduled me in for an appointment right away when I informed them of my excruciating tooth pain.

Dr. Kent was professional and kind. I've never had such a pleasant experience while going to the dentist. I am usually quite hesitant to go to the dentist but they made me feel welcomed right from the moment I called in. The dental assisstant that aided in my appointment, Richelle, was also great. She constantly reassured me that I was in good hands. As for their clinic, it is absolutely beautiful and definitely clean.

Overall, my experience was truly superb. I am definitely going to come back. Highly recommended!

This was my first time attending Cambie Broadway dental and to be incredibly honest I was very impressed with my greeting by Lea at the administration desk. She was quite pleasant and informative. So important that a businesses front line is personable and thoughtful and Lea was. I didn't wait long and the personabilty of all of the staff was palpable. I was seen be Dr. Kent and was impressed with his thoroughness and kind demeanor. I'm very satisfied on choosing Cambie Broadway dental for my dental office.
