Very good value for money Pho, good taste and sufficient condiments, meat was plenty and good quality.
Free hot tea available as well.
Service was attentive and friendly.

Ok listen. This place is a Vancouver staple. The Pho is outstanding. Hands down the best Vietnamese "roll dip" that have ever touched these lips. The owner is the coolest cat in the whole city. If we're picking up Pho on the way home from work, we will ALWAYS drive an extra 20 minutes out of our way to pick it up from Cambie Vietnamese, even though there's a ton of other places directly on our route. It is the Vietnamese restaurant by which we judge all other Vietnamese restaurants. And Cambie Vietnamese is still KING! 10/10. Get in there!

1.wrong item, ordered noodle soup and gave me stir fry
2.one container wasn't snapped closed, noodles spilling out
3.everything was packed sideways in the paper bag so sauce spilled out of the containers and through the bag

Nice atmosphere, clean, authentic flavour food, staffs are considerate, and the price is very reasonable. We had bún bò huế, stir-fried noodles, grilled pork and noodles (bún thịt nướng), mango smoothies, wonton soup. They’re all great! Definitely a must try Vietnamese restaurant!

Maybe it was just bad luck, the bite I had was pretty good but then I came across a big hair in my Banh Mi. It was an instant turnoff: (

Yummy! Just like the pho we had in Vietnam. I recommend the salad roll and spring roll too. Spring roll in particular is fried really well - crispy but not too oily.

Owner and his son are also so polite and nice. Highly recommend this place!

I'm no Vietnamese food expert but I loved my hot and sour pho and my wife's combo G was super also. Huge portions.so lunch tomorrow. Lovely and attentive staff. I'll be going back!

Wow hidden gem! The best spring rolls I had so far in Vancouver! Pho is always very tasty. This place is awesome!

Probably one of the best vermicelli I've ever had. Service was horrid tho. 1 guy handling all the tables and orders. Still, the vermicelli was good enough to warrant 4 stars.

Decent pho restaurant. Ordered the lunch combo that comes with a spring roll with any noodle soup.

Absolutely terrible service and poor cleanliness! I went in there just now and the staff served two tables that came after me. When my partner asked if we could order, the staff was rude as if we were in the wrong. The place was also filthy.

This is the first time I’d been there since the renovations and it looks great. I had the grilled pork sub and wonton soup and they were both excellent.

First time ordering from here and wow their roll dips are the best I’ve ever had. They even threw in an extra one, so that gets bonus points from me! Also loved the salad rolls, one of the best peanut sauces I’ve also had. Great value, good portions and delicious food. All around very pleased and will be going again

Worst Pho I've ever tried! Don't trust the old reviews!
I used to live in Van and this city has SO many nice Vietnamese restaurants. So when I was visiting Van again for a surgery I asked my husband to find best Pho according to rating and order me a veggie one. He ordered a regular for himself. When I tried it I could not believe the taste, I though maybe my anesthesia is messing up my taste buds, it tasted like those Knorr Bouillon Cubes (disgusting), veggies were fully raw and I just couldn't eat it. My husband agreed that it taste horrible, not house made. His Pho was ok, but not 4.5 stars, 3 at best. After a bit of investigation I read that this place changed owners. This explain things! Don't trust the old reviews!

Have had their soups, chicken and rice dishes as well as the spring rolls. ALL TASTE EXCELLENT! The employees are friendly.

An UberEats haul of Lemongrass Tofu (Cơm Tofu Chay) and fresh Shrimp Salad Rolls (Gỏi Cuốn) which was OK. I personally thought the flavor was way too overkill, stingy portion of tofu and just lacking any kind of excitement. The Shrimp Salad Rolls (Gỏi Cuốn) were definitely the highlight, huge and pretty tasty and well presented.

Service is friendly and attentive. One of the better pho places around town for sure.

Ordered the house special pho. Was initially skeptical by the $17 price tag, but Im still glad that I ordered it.

Nice big portions, with generous amounts of rare beef, tendon, and other meats. Broth is very taste, and has nice meaty flavours instead of just salt/msg.

There are other pho priced at around $15.75, if you don’t want to order the house special. Looking forward to coming back in the future so I can try a few other dishes.

Always have a great experience having lunch dining here! The owners are super friendly, and the staffs are nice and professional. The food is amazing and spot on:) highly recommended!

Great family owned restaurant, meals are as good, if not better than what you would find in Vietnam. If I could, I'd give this restaurant 7/5 stars.

Best Vietnamese spring rolls in all of BC. Crispy, full of flavour, big portions. Family owned. They make you feel so special when you go in and the food is amazing. Great value for the price.

I haven't been here in about a year and it looks like the place has changed owners.

The place was newly renovated with new staff that were really great and attentive.

The presentation of the food was much nicer than before but the portions a bit smaller.

They still have their signature combos and update their menu.

The constructive feedback I would give:
- Portions seem smaller than before
- The new menu is really confusing to read. I had to read it over a couple times to find where the pho items were.

Food was excellent - the lemongrass chicken and rice was exceptional. Deep fried wontons and spring rolls were great as well. Friendly service.

I ordered the beef soup noodle combo. The beef noodle was nice, and there was a lot of meat inside. The spring rolls were super crunchy and delicious! I love the dipping sauce for the spring rolls too. It’s sweet and sour taste.

The staff is friendly and attentive, and the environment is super cozy. I would love to visit again:)

It was so nice that the spring rolls were authentic, made with rice paper. They were soooo good.
I am gluten intolerant and everything we ordered was safe to eat. All four of us enjoyed every morsel. We will definitely be back!

Was the best pho in the city for many, many years, with excellent service from super friendly former owners.
Now that it's changed owners I honestly can't say that it is as good anymore.
I've been once since it changed hands. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down.
I don't think I'll be going back unfortunately.
