As a first-time home buyer, it can be daunting, especially at the time I ramped up my search, during the crazy season of 2022! With my budget, I even wondered, if I would find someone who would work with me.

Based on the nature of the market, I truly felt like giving up! Two weeks after a bizarre attempt of securing a presale, there was a voice at the end of phone asking if I was ready to move forward with my search. Camille brought vibrancy, energy, drive, and that was the gentle push I needed to continue my search.

When it was time for viewing he was prompt, professional, patient, saw the positive in each situation, and did his research to make sure my questions were answered. Oh, not to mention his excellent negotiation skills, he had my back!

I’m happy we met and that he never gave up, until the job was finished! So, take it from me, he’s never busy for you!

My wife and I first met Camille at an open house he was hosting back in 2019. We were unrepresented, looking to downsize. Camille impressed us. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, energetic but not pushy or obtrusive. So we asked him to help us in our search. We were fussy and cautious clients, but Camille never became impatient with us.

Unfortunately, our plans had to be put on hold for over a year due to my wife's health issues. In 2021, the search began again, with Camille happy to pick up where we had left off. Then my daughter began to have serious health issues. Camille very patiently waited again, for many months, for things to get sorted out. Finally, early in 2023, over three years since first meeting Camille and putting him to work, I was ready to go house-hunting again.

One morning recently, a new listing popped up which ticked almost all of my boxes, including a great price. Camille got right on it and arranged for me to see the place that same morning. There were several other buyers on scene when I arrived. But Camille wasted no time. We sent in my offer the same day, four days prior to a planned open house-which I figured would be busy.

We were able to secure the property before other possible buyers had rubbed the sleep out of their eyes. So Camille's immediate and cheerful responsiveness to the opportunity made all the difference.
