Overall a very cool store with a lot of inventory to offer. I bought a specna arms m4 here some months ago and have been happy with it as well as a number of accessories. The staff are always very friendly and happy to help. However, this is where the pros of this store ends. On almost all occasions that I’ve gone to this store, the clerks either know very little about airsoft or nothing at all and offer statements like how “This gun is super good” and nothing more. As someone who is trained in firearms, this store has a complete and utter disregard for firearm safety. Last time I was there, the clerk was showing another customer a glock and he not only pointed the gun at the guy he was helping but he unknowingly pointed it at me over 6 times before realizing and then continued to do so anyway while having the finger on the trigger. Even more he discharged the airsoft gun and it let out a hiss which tells me that they keep the guns loaded all the time. Moreover, there were a number of boxes with holes in them in one side of the store which tells me that they regularly shoot inside the store like this. As this location is convenient to my location, I will likely continue going to this store, but, the unprofessional and outright dangerous conduct of this store will likely leave someone seriously injured one day and it is people like this who give guns and gun owners a bad rep.

Amazing customer service. The owner is super caring and nice. He will take care of you and help you find what you need to get into Airsoft. I always come here for bbs or attachments or mags. I've purchased a 1911 tac and it's amazing, and he has helped me with all the problems I've had with it. 6/5 stars if I could give him that. Best airsoft store in Vancouver.

These guys are amazing! Great selection and super polite and helpful. Prices are decent in comparison to others, and you can also order online if they don't have what you want in stock, or they offer to bring it in from another store.

I purchased a gift for my son the other day and when I got home I realized that I had accidentally purchased a duplicate of something he already had. Technically this item was on the "final sale". We brought it back in to them a few days later and they were so kind and allowed us to exchange it and then helped us find the other 2 items we needed. I was quite distraught when I realized this item he already had and it was final sale, since this would have affected his bday as I don't have a lot of $ to waste. It was over 120$ so t would have made it so he didn't really have much of a gift for his bday. This was so kind of them to go above and beyond and make sure he had a good bday. We will be back for sure!

DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS FRAUD PLACE. They NEVER TELL YOU THAT THERE IS NO REFUND UNTIL YOU PAID AND GOT YOUR RECEIPT. Over priced and big scam.

Probably the best airsoft store in BC. Very decent stock. People working there are very professional and friendly. They function test every airsoft gun for every purchase.

Went this morning for the first time, wanted to buy some BB guns and accessories. Oscar the Store manager was there and he help me find the right guns for my needs. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and highly professional, he also gave me some good deals on the price too. I strongly recommend Camouflage Mitiltary Surplus, they got a great selection of everything you need and beyond, for airsoft, BB guns, tactical gear and for all the accessories that goes with it that's the place to go! Great service, great products and a great overall experience.

Great shop, they have a great selection of airsoft gear and guns plus lots of bb/pellet guns. Swords knives camping/hiking gear. Camouflage boots pepper spray. Great place to gets gift for any bf or husband/father.

Amazing customer service in Edmonds location. I was looking for items to send to Ukraine, to my brother. And was at several military shops before. Even though I understand nothing in quality military outfit, I can tell when people are trying to rip off or sell whatever they want to sell. This shop was a pleasant exception. Vitor was very helpful and supportive. Have some good tips and helped me find exactly what I needed.
After all, it was not a fancy show off outfit or fun hiking boots that I was buying. But something that must protect my brother’s life.

My son and I went there for window shopping. The shop assistant were super nice and patient to show us different types of airsoft guns and gadgets. I even feel a little bit bad for not buying anything after spending two hours there. All in all, one of the best customer experiences so far amongst all lower mainland airsoft shops. Keep up the good work!

The owners of this store will take advantage of who ever they can. They do not train their employees at all. The store is a dilapidated building that is not maintained properly. The owners simply only interest is there wallet. I would strongly recommended bring your business else were. Also they own Gorilla Surplus on East Broadway, and replicaairguns.ca, which I would also recommend avoiding. Simply a terrible company with no ethics.

Excellent customer service, both Padro and vitor are always very helpful with anything I need when ever I stop by. I always have all my questions answered when ever they are around. Keep up the great work guys!

Good location for stocking up on ammo or getting batteries, I have a better time going there on weekdays dealing with Vitor and Padro! Weekends are a gamble when it comes to customer service

Thank you so much for getting me my PEI flag in an instant! Their other location on Broadway called to be sure it was in stock, and not only was it waiting when I arrived, they helped me put it on my broomstick, I mean flag pole! I still can't fly to PEI to see my family because of my vaccination status A perfectly healthy person denied travel, something which is so CLEARLY stated in the CHARTER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS! Thank you to the team at Camouflage for having a random PEI flag and your amazing service. They have everything in there. Worth the trip.speaking of trip I guess I'll have to ride my broomstick home. Freedom!

This last time I went in it was the worst experience I have ever had at store when I asked for service the guy that we asked for service he went to the washroom after he said yes he would come and show us what we needed to see and the other guys just stand there like a lost puppy dog then we ask for some prices and some specs and they didn't know them but we got a lot I think through this much I think it's that much that doesn't really help you when you're trying to buy something so yeah hopefully the next time they work they will have experience under their belt

Excellent customer service. I bought a couple jackets from there in person i checked online and found they accidentally overcharged me, i brought them in with receipt and without argument refunded the difference. System may not have been updated but they didnt try to convince me it was for a different product etc.they realized the mistake took responibility for it and quickly fixed it. Spot on.will recommend will buy again.

Do NOT purchase items online!
While ordering through their website, I was charged twice for the one item. Both items arrived within one box, but I was charged freight for both items. $15 x 2!

They admitted that they usually put suspected duplicate orders on hold for confirmation, but this one passed through, then informed me that the shipping is not refundable.

So I was charged for two items, they charged me for shipping twice when only one box was delivered, shipping is not refundable.

Then they said that I can send the second item back.at my expense.

Well ladies and gentlemen, this is how you lose customers and damage a companies reputation.
I will never shop there again and tell others to go elsewhere.

Made an online order for pick-up. Was shipped quickly and item was as described. Just one odd thing, when I picked up the item, the person at the register asked to take a picture of my ID so that he could "put it in the system". Not thinking, I gave him permission to do so but he did it with his personal phone. Just found that a bit odd as I have never encountered before.

If the owner could let me know whether that is proper procedure for the store, that would be great.

First time buying stuff at this location in burnaby. Nothing but excellent service and experience. Will definitely my go to shop from now on.

Really amazing place to go for your airsoft needs and wants. The staff there really enjoy talking about airsoft and actually will tell you what they personally recommend. They lately have been doing a lot of renovations and a lot of different items have been stocked up in the store. If you ask for a certain airsoft gun they could even see if they could ship it in for you. The stores inventory just keeps on growing and growing i go to the store so much that they cannot put everything out onto the showroom. But luckily you can go onto their website to check availability of your desired item.

Pretty good for a local shop.if you need something quick or want local convenience you will find something adequate.wise to buy a battery here so you can see if it will actually fit in your handguard or if you need generic bdu's or pouches.there are many items priced competitively to even the big online retailers if you factor in currency and shipping logistics.

Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Pricing on some items can be a bit high but a great selection and a clean store.

I bought a gun and a battery for my son from this store (this is my son's second gun), a week later the battery became puffy. So I brought the battery to the store for exchange, the owner said this is due to user error, maybe exposed to the sun, maybe used too long, maybe over charged, but my son didn't go to the field during the week, and the battery stayed at home, the charger was bought from the same store. I'm not sure about the user error definition from the store or you can't actually return any battery in this case.

Got a Karambit from here and came bak the next day for a handgun and ammo. Got the 4.5mm BB's by mistake, so had to go bak aftr a couple of days to get them exchanged for the 6mm. The staff was very kind and courteous the whole time! Not only did he exchange the ammo, but gave me extra without charging me anything more. Gonna definitely be comin bak for more stuff, for sure! 5 star rating for sure!

Only visited once, but the man at the till was friendly and informative when I asked questions. Prices are normal for surplus and tactical gear stores, high.
They have little in terms of stock and actual military surplus, but I was surprised at the amount of good knives they stocked. Most stores have old or off-brand knives that look "tacticool" but these guys carried schrade and buck for people on a budget, and a huge selection of benchmade, kershaw, and spyderco for the higher-end guys. It really is an overwhelming amount of stock for an unassuming store.
