Service department saved me on a Monday when all other motorcycle shops were closed and I needed to fix a broken chain. Hooked me up with the parts and tools I needed to field repair the chain and cut the damaged link off to make the repair easier for me.

After some initial confusion Sam the sales manager totally did the right thing and got me the motor I needed and I left a happy customer! Keep talking and it will work out!

Booked my boat in to add double hydraulic steering on my outboards Dropped boat off for the appointment work was completed on time and on quoted price. 5stars. Parts department found me a couple hard to find parts. Went above and beyond to find them. Cheers

I have had a number of experiences with Boatland over the last decade or so, and have always been treated exceptionally well. I have purchased three outboards from them and their after sale service has been truly exceptional. My latest outboard purchase (2nd Suzuki) came with a new Highfield dinghy (extra cost of course…) where again Boatland’s after sale service was superb. My thanks to go out to Travis, Sam, and all of the team at Boatland. I would not even think of going anywhere else.

Bought a new Camo KINGQUAD 750XPZ from Boatland, everyone I dealt with during the process was awesome. Sam the Salesman went above and beyond to accommodate me to ensure the deal went as smooth as possible. Even though there was a minor hiccup it was all sorted out as quick and painless. I took my 05 Yamaha R1 with ignition issues to Boatland, it needed a new starter, and rectifier. Parts, (during the darkest days of the pandemic) were beyond difficult to find. Andrew one of the parts staff was relentless in his search, and went way beyond what one would expect. Even delivering a battery on his own time to my residence. Eventually both parts were found and installed. Problem solved. I found all the Staff at Campbell River Boatland to be responsive, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Blew the wheel bearing on the boat trailer and CRB was extremely helpful in determining what was required and getting on with ordering the parts. Backed up with work they did everything possible to get us on our way. Very much appreciated.

If you want to know why I say this and gave a 5 star rating, read on.
We bought a new 18 ft Silver Streak this year from a competitive dealer in Port Aberni, a couple of hours away.because he had one in stock and Boatland had a long backlog. We bought the Yamaha motors from same competitive dealer without giving Boatland a chance.
When we had a problem a couple of months later due to an installation error by the Port Alberni dealer, he was not a wonderful help. Boatland was great.
Then a week later we had a problem (caused by myself) changing oil, and Boatland helped again.
All this, despite our having purchased only an oil change kit.
We should have purchased the Yamahas from Boatland, and will certainly go there in future

My wife and I recently purchased a new Silver Streak boat from Travis and the team at Campbell River Boatland. All I can say is wow; Travis certainly went the extra mile to make sure the experience was positive. The service before, during and after the sale have been amazing (even after hours). Travis spent the time to properly understand our needs and went the extra mile to ensure we were getting into a boat without compromising, and also fitting within our budget. If you are thinking of buying a boat, go to Boatland.

On experiencing a technical issue with an outboard while off shore on a Sunday morning, the representative cheerfully answered my call to the after-hours telephone number and provided on the website. I received super support! I was able to correct the problem with guidance over the phone. So appreciated! Great service - thanks so much!

On the first day of our fishing trip we had some issues with our yamaha kicker. Travis and his service team (thanks Nicole & Morgan) got us sorted out and back on the water the same day.

We came in with an urgent motorcycle problem during a trip on a Saturday. The motorcycle mechanic Mike was excellent and helped us out hugely despite it being a day he was supposed to have off, even staying late. Everyone there was friendly and super helpful.

Great service! Great people! I took my Suzuki 15 HP outboard motor in for some warranty work (blinking warning light due to fuel injection issue), and they changed the oil in the leg and put on new zincs. No charge for anything! You don't get service like this everywhere. Just Campbell River Boatland. Highly recommended, from a real customer.

Went to buy a new outboard walked around for 15 minutes waiting for someone to give me some pricing the staff were all standing talking to each other so I guess they don't want my business

The team is exceptional. They are enthuthiasts and love what they do. The parts department has one of the best selection of helmets on the north island. Check them out for sure.

After years of abuse from another marine repair shop “up island” I decided to haul my boat down to Campbell Rive, specifically to Boatland to repair an ongoing issue that couldn’t be solved by myself or another repair shop. (not all in Hardy are that way, just the one I had the misfortune of originally buying from).

After my POSITIVE experience with Boatland’s Service Department I have been telling everyone up island being I have told the world about one specific very crappy marine sales/repair shop in Hardy)

I had overheating sensor issues and electrical issues that had plagued my boat for years, even before I owned it and possibly since it was new. I had BL repair the sensor issues and rewire the back half of my aluminum boat. The service department communicated with me, a timeframe was followed, and I was treated like a customer that had other options.like they appreciated the work!
Service and pricing was very fair, AND the best part, unlike my previous experiences. IT WORKED!

Getting the repairs done and done right easily paid for any fuel to haul my boat down.
Return customer for sure!
