Worst customer experience ever. I made an appointment to have my Toyota muffler fixed. When I arrived, I was told that the muffler could not be fixed because there were no welders available. I would never recommend anyone buy a car or take their vehicle for repair here. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Don’t recommend having work done here. Seymour Services (Napa) are MUCH better.

They break alignment tabs and don’t own up to fixing it. They don’t have welders or proper mechanics after Scott has left.

The staff at CR Toyota are all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Love our new RAV hybrid.

Hands down the worst Toyota on Vancouver Island. I heard that it was but I didn't believe it until after my experience today. I will never take my truck back or recommend anyone to take their truck there. If you dont want to pay thousands of dollars for something you don't even need take it elsewhere. I had a second opinion from a few local honest mechanics and they were in disbelief of what I was quoted.

The staff are professional and friendly. I have never dealt with the salesmen as I have not been in the market to purchase a vehicle but I do deal with the service department.

I got 5 star service from the moment I messaged Adam to the very next day I drove off the lot in my new truck.
Adam was fantastic to work.
Martin in financing was knowledgable and did not Rush through anything. He really took his time explaining everything to me.
I would for sure get my next truck from them.

Sales, Finance, leasing staff five star. SERVICE AND PARTS two thumbs down. They need to learn customer service. To bad the whole team can not pull it together.

Had a great experience here getting my 2019 tundra fixed up. Needed new ball joints, alignment, brakes and to get my exhaust leak fixed. Kailen the service tech did an amazing job. Feels like a new truck again. The girl at the counter was very nice and was always good to talk to and hear from Paul.
All around great experience and surprisingly for a dealership it was a reasonable rate. I will be back thanks to everyone involved.

Stay away from Courtney toyota. They wouldn't touch my ball joints unless I changed my aftermarket SPC control arms. Told me to go to a 4x4 mechanic. I walked away from there $450 broke with no actual work done. Stay away! Go to Campbell River toyota!

We finally receive our Corolla Cross a couple of weeks ago, it was a long time coming but well worth the wait. This is the 4th Toyota we have bought from Campbell River Toyota. The last 2 we bought off of Jamie, Jamie is amazing, her knowledge of the vehicles she sells is unbelievable. I feel Jamie was just as happy as we were when our Cross came off the truck. I went to toyota believing that it was a reputable business. Their website speaks to being transparent and treating their customers like family. This was not my experience. I bought a used 2018 pathfinder that had low kilometres. I thought I was purchasing a reliable vehicle. I know you are taking a chance with a used vehicle so I also bought the extended warranty. After a week i was asked to bring it in to get the dents fixed (didn’t happen) I let them know there was squealing coming from the rear (a wheel bearing needed to be replaced) and I told them smoke was coming out of the exhaust, they said it was normal. Just after a month there was intermittent ticking sound coming from the engine. The engine needed to be replaced at just over 63,000km. The factory warranty did not cover it due to lack of maintenance. I only had the vehicle for two months. Toyota replaced the engine with a refurbished one. I wanted my money back, didn’t happen because my warranty was used to help cover the cost of the new engine. I purchased the vehicle in January, brought it in in March to get engine replaced, didn’t get it back until June. After getting it back the check engine light comes on intermittently and other warning lights. Now I have to take it in again. I found this whole experience to be extremely frustrating and the used car sales staff and manager have not been helpful, very condescending and unprofessional. From the beginning most communication has been one sided. I have had to reach out after they said they would help find a solution by finding me about her suitable vehicle. The Pathfinder came from their “sister” location in Campbell River. I believe they knew this vehicle had engine problems and passed the buck then sold it to me. I would not recommend either location. I find this whole situation to be very shady and concerning that they can get away with this. I have written a letter to both General Managers but no reply. My vehicle is currently in the shop once again after only having back just over a month. This has been a nightmare with no end…

I especially want to shout out to Jonnie-Lee, Bill and Martin for their exemplary service and help in getting me into a 2022 Toyota Tundra Limited with a TRD package. Jonnie-Lee found me the vehicle, Bill answered all my questions about it and gave me an excellent price for my trade-in and Martin put all the numbers together to make it fit into my price range. My youngest daughter just bought a Corolla Cross from them - again excellent service by these three and my other daughter is waiting for her Rav4 Hybrid to come in. These guys are awesome. If your looking for a vehicle go see them!

We had fantastic service from the staff at the CR Toyota dealership and in particular Danielle Lovett. The AC on our Rav 4 was not working and we had planned a trip to the Okanogan in two weeks. Danielle managed to obtain a new compressor and had it installed days before our departure date. We also had a Thule box installed. Thanks to all the staff for such great service. I just recently got a service #2 at Campbell River Toyota and the same day I noticed the undercarriage scraping on ramps that I usually could take with enough ground clearance. Looked under to see the shield under the oil gasket loose and low hanging. I am not a mechanic but I’m pretty sure it’s not supposed to look like that in the photo, which was after I crawled around and played with the screws and flaps a bit. I don’t have a jack either so couldn’t gain space to work under the car. I am disappointed that I have to deal with this I think I should enjoy peace of mind after paying $215 for this service. Please do better

My husband and I purchased a 2017 Nissan Passanger Van for $61,000 in November 2022. We have had our van for 8 months. In this time frame we have had to do massive amounts of work. Our AC fan did not work (they claimed it did in November). So we had to fix that for $500. We also had to have the AC unit charged for another $100. We are currently having to replace a corroded oil pan ($1000 cost). My husband has called multiple times and this dealership says it's not their problem. There is zero warranty and because we couldn't get approved for an extended warranty due to the loan already being so high. We have purchased from other dealerships in the past and they have had a 1 year warranty with the purchase of the car. We are incredibly disappointed being sold something that requires so much work. It's not an old vehicle. These issues should not be happening. The dealership checked off all boxes that these things were checked. They were not. This was our dream car. We waited a long time to find one. We paid $5000 for them to bring it from the Island to Kelowna. (The Honda dealership never charged us to bring in our Honda Pilot we bought from the lower mainland in 2014). If you are a person from out of town wanting to purchase from this dealership don't! Getting any customer service well not being in the same town as the dealership has been horrible.

We had an incredible experience at Campbell River Toyota. Adam came and picked us up all the way in Qualicum Beach! Him and the team were so professional but also lovely people who clearly wanted the best for us. The car was a great price and in spotless condition. Coming from the mainland it felt a bit committing to put a deposit on a car we had never seen but the trust paid off!
