I'm echoing everyone else here. Absolutely the worst management company I've ever had to deal with. Completely abandoned us during a building fire. We are putting in our notice & changing management companies. If I wanted to see a bunch of idiots picking their noses, I would go to a Zoo. But even saying that, that's rude to the animals at the Zoo. Campbell is worse than that. They are pure C. U. Next. Tuesdays.

This has to be the most poorly run company ever. It’s 2023 and you don’t take any other form of payment besides cash or cheque, which must be dropped off in person? I give you guys 5-10 years max before another property management company comes along and sweeps away your contracts. Developers such as Quantum and Polygon will refuse to work with such a stupid company that doesn't even answer their phone. I call in at 1: 45 PM PST on a Tuesday and the auto attendant says we are now closed our office hours are Monday to Friday 8: 30-4: 30. When you are all laid off hit me up for a job. I’ll show you proper management and how a company is properly ran.

The best thing about Campbell was seeing it in the rear view mirror last year. Danced in the streets the day our strata parted ways with them, after more than 20 years. They weren’t always so poorly run, then the new owner came along and ruined everything. If I could give a zero rating, I would. Office staff were always friendly and did their best. It couldn’t have been easy dealing with angry stratas. I hope things improve for the company.

The absolute worst strata company in Abby. They never answer their phone or return emails. I have contacted them 4 different times with phone calls and emails and still have never had a reply. If it wasn’t for other residents I would still have these issues. They are all about fines and towing vehicles but can’t be bothered to help tenants with parking passes or general maintenance issues. Don’t ever deal with these goofs.

I am very happy we left Campbell. We are still cleaning up after what we went through many new manager turnovers in a very short time. No information was ever passed on. The managers are not always the problem. This company really needs to look at their CEO of strata management. In my opinion, he hides behind his managers. He lets them take the hit and does not get involved when he can get away with it.
When we were with Campbell, I specifically asked for a sit down meeting with the CEO (Joey) after we had been passed onto yet another new manager. He wrote a pleasant email passing me off to another new manager to take our frustration. That was the final straw, decided to leave, he still didn’t care enough to make things right.
I think Campbell should have CEOs who know about strata living and are willing to sit face to face with individuals with questions.

Worst strata management company if you have an actually problem. Discovered a leak coming through the concrete floor in the living of the townhouse. There is a break in the main water line coming into the unit. One month later and the leak is still running.contractors cut a whole in the living room floor and installed a sump pump running 24/7 to make sure the house doesn't flood. After a month of the water running the floor is cracking and foundation shifting.

What has Campbell done you ask? Next to nothing. They do not reply to emails, or return phone calls. After many unreturned calls we went done to the office and demanded some help. That got us some traction for about a day. Since then they have gone silent again. Every day that goes by makes the repairs costlier and more extensive.nevermind that we have gone a month with no living room confined to bedrooms and the kitchen.

I know it was the holidays but this is an active leak and not communicating or assign the file to someone is grossly negligent.if your strata employs Campbell I highly recommend you find a new property manager

I will use use a World Cup soccer metaphor. If this strata was a team in the World Cup {but for the worst} they would have definitely qualified for the tournament (with high odds of "final 4"). If you need them for something important or anything at all you will talk to the receptionist who will forward you to a rep, (99% chance they will not answer phone) then you leave a voicemail, and they NEVER return your call! Phone a few more times.kindly inform receptionist that people are not responding and you will get a generic BS response and moved to another rep, rep does not answer the call, leave voicemail, then again the rep does not respond! Does this sound familiar to anyone?
The only time I can actually get a response from anyone is if there is a building rep that lives there and they help; but this is no longer the case with my building. A 1 star review is generous.

Its horrible.they tow vehicles like its nothing.ive had it happen 3 times.and im only a renter. Strata told me due to my landlords not informing me on the visitor pass that they should reimburse me for the tow ticket.and in the mean time to write a note stating 'visitor of (myunit #) ' and they still towed another friends car anyway.about a week later.so that was bullcrap.long story short they don't try to contact the actual people living in the unit ever.there's break ins.no cameras.and elevator issues.just the whole experience with this building makes me never want to live in an apartment ever again.

Not sure about all of these negative reviews… I’ve personally had a wonderful experience living within Campbell Strata, and the lady at the front desk of the main office is an absolute sweetheart.

I needed to order new fobs for my buildings. I went to the office and dealt with Darlene. She was great, very helpful and knew a lot about the buildings. I really appreciated her help!

I don't know how this company puts their name on documents and stands behind it. They are always rife with mistakes. Furthermore, their people are unprofessional, rude and dismissive. TERRIBLE to deal with.
