My experience purchasing a CRV was made easy, and concise by all. The driving experience is just as enjoyable as the car is able to take on all roads. With the cars ample room, it made travelling with 4 people a breeze.

Recently leased my 3rd consecutive Honda Civic from Campus Honda. Not only is it a fantastic car and drive, but the customer service I get at this dealership is second to none. Both John and Natalie were a pleasure to deal with and made the process of returning my previous Civic and leasing a new one very painless. I felt very valued as a returning customer and recommend this dealership highly.

I understand sometimes things get overlooked. How that is handled by a business makes or breaks the satisfaction barometer.

I had my vehicle serviced at Campus Honda today. When I dropped it off I had asked for separate invoices for the two services I was having done. It was very busy when I went back to collect my vehicle. The assistant service manager stepped up and called me to the kiosk. Terrific and savvy of him to open his desk to accommodate people. As he prepared my invoice it appeared as if the services were going to be all on one invoice. I mentioned what I needed. His response was such that I imagined that this was a difficult task as he began to convince me that the two services were already itemized. I explained why I needed the invoices. I also politely added that I asked for such when I dropped my vehicle off. I imagine he was tired as he talked over me and indicated to the direction of the lobby in order to for me to wait until the paperwork was ready. Okey dokey then.

I came back and the service manager had moved on to other customers. I didn’t want to deal with him. I was now late for my next engagement, I walked up to another service desk and asked for my keys. I said I would pay for my bill and come back the next day for the copies. Rick was very polite. He told me the he had the copies and apologized “ it got crazy and he forgot to mention it when the vehicle was ready ” I want to add that Rick doubled checked with the office that he could do this when I dropped the car off. I found him polite and very careful. It was easy to move on from from there so I paid up and left.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Campus Honda and the staff; especially John Weiers. I’ve been dealing with John for quite some time now and if you’re looking for the most professional and easy experience at a Honda dealership - John is your guy.

In fact, three weeks after I received my brand new civic from John, I got a flat tire. John personally drove the right tire from the Honda auto service centre all the way to my car at Canadian Tire to help me out. I’ve never seen such amazing service.

My girlfriend and I went in to buy a new civic. We test drove and really liked the car but they were charging more than it was worth by a Long shot. Refused to budge, offered a ridiculously low amount for trade in so we ended up walking. We got in contact with Duncan Honda who really went over and above to get us into the same car for a way better price/mthly payment. Literally works out to around 4k less in total. If you want to be ripped off then this place is for you if not take the hour drive to duncan, you will not regret it!

I cannot speak to the sales department, but I had an excellent experience with the service department at this dealership. The service advisors I dealt with (Michael G.and Michelle B.) were very pleasant and accommodating, and were able to get me a same-day appointment, as my family was in the area travelling from Saskatoon. I gave a very vague description of my problem, and our technician, Sean, was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose and repair our clogged PCV valve, allowing us to travel through the Rocky Mountains back to Saskatoon without having to worry about our aging Honda CRV leaving us stranded on a mountain pass. They even provided us bus-passes while our car was in the shop so we could explore downtown Victoria. Though I don't live in the area, I would recommend Campus Honda's service department to anybody.

I’d like to leave a review specifically for Eric M. From the first point of contact (email) to post-purchase, Eric has been fantastic. He made you feel comfortable, as though you knew him for a long time - very personable. He was not at all pushy for a sale. It felt like he really cared about the best outcome for the customer and was eager to help with anything and everything. He really went the extra mile. I have never been to Campus Honda, but my wife did at the start of the May long weekend, when our 2008 Odyssey broke down and barely made it to the dealership. Michael at the service desk went above & beyond to assist my wife and daughter. Although they couldn’t get it fixed then, Michael set them on their way back to the Cowichan Valley in a 2023 Honda Odyssey courtesy vehicle until they could diagnose the problem. Very classy. Kudos to those that help to foster a culture of kindness at your dealership!

We took our 2018 Honda CR-V in to Campus Honda for a recall on the seat belt which may fail in an accident. We dropped it off on the 11 day of May and asked that while they had it would they please take a look at the drivers rear wheel because it kept setting off a low pressure warning, and also replace the cabin air filters, and do not clean the interior because we don't want any settings touched.
They gave us free rental while we waited which was nice. On the 19 of May they called us to let us know the car was ready for pick up.
Upon arrival we paid the bill and asked If the wheel was repaired and the service guy avoided the answer. They told us if we wanted to wait for 2 hours while they fixed the wheel they would do it. We declined and took it home. Upon getting into the car we noticed that they did not include a wash while it was there for 9 days.
This is not the service that we expected, no wash and no tire repair. We are extremely disappointed about a professional service that was not performed, and to think we were looking to upgrade at Honda. Bad service no stars!

Excellent experience buying a used CRV from Bob McMillan. Fast, fun, and fair process. Bob was a dream to work with— truly a kind human. Natalie was super and engaging while she got the paperwork together. I highly recommend Bob and Campus Honda.

Don't buy a Honda or get yours serviced here. They won't honour their warranty for known issues and they won't properly fix your car - not to mention the damage they will do to the interior including getting oil on your seats and scratching your stuff.

The only thing Consistent about Campus is how inconsistent they are. I envy people who do not know that Campus or their team exists.

TL;DR - Stay away if you prefer to have faith in humans and enjoy anything above subpar service.

Service Experience - 2/10

Eric Mac was my sales person and the small talk was great but he was a snake of a sales person. Delivery on my new car was promised, confirmed, then delayed and blamed on Honda Canada with no immediate solution. When the car did arrive I was met by some forgettable higher manager of sales and when I expressed my poor experience I was met with "sorry for your experience". They are the perfect embodiment of trash car sales.

I was compensated by 3 free oil changes months later. First oil change was booked as an appointment that had a 3 hour wait attached to it. The second which I booked as soon as they opened for the day luckily had a 2 hour wait time. I was allowed to go home during this period which they graciously paid for one way home by taxi.

Finally I was contacted by the service desk about a dealer buy back for a very special price. I am not looking to deal with them again, nor get rid of my HRV however I thought why not entertain the inquiry. The service team wanted me to book an appointment with the sales team. I told them I am not able to at this time but with my KM and general car condition could they give me a rough idea, they said yes and a sales member would get in touch. I was then contacted by the service team again asking when I could come in. I explained I already had this conversation, gave the lady more information about the car and was told I would be contacted by the sales team. It has now been 3 weeks with no reply, I already didn't expect anything from them and they still disappointed me.

In my experience, Campus Honda embraces a "sell now, fix later" tactic with their customers. Campus Honda tends to build its business on false promises or half truths. Car sales is a relationship that we both enter into, it is not a one off sale of a product and we are done with each other. I am now with them for 3/5 years for various different stages of my car, and it has been actually amazing at how pathetic the staff have continually been. None of these concerns are singular massive issues that can be resolved with one solution. It has been a continual slow burn of displeasure and disappointment. I am not a valued customer, I am simply a transaction for the bottom line in a dying predatorial industry.
