Bought a pair of gloves from them, I was told the wrong price (CAD 190 instead of 250) when trying them out and only noticed when I went back to return them because they weren't warm enough which they refused to honor because the gloves were used (once, for 2 hours). I get that it is on me to verify the price at the counter but I found this a little deceptive.
Ben is the man.extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help.spent the whole week dealing with boot/binding issues and despite being super busy, Ben has been unreal everyday with his approach to customer care and satisfaction.everyone here is super nice and keen to help.
I rented a "Performance" Ski for 12 days, got an old Rossignol Ski (New Price: Can$ 480) and paid about Can$800 for the 12 days. I changed the ski, but same story. They said, we don't have newer skis anymore.
Staff were great, but wow $100 a day to hire skis and boots. We were going to hire for 10 days but decided against it. Inflation is at an all-time high in this store!
John, Andi, Gustav and the rest of the team provided exceptional service last weekend. It was the most thorough process I've ever experienced with ski rentals and even though they were busy, spent the extra time providing recommendations on things to do on the mountain and in the area. Thank you!
Very friendly and helpful. Came in after a day on the hill with painful boots and Mitch was very helpful and spent a good 40 mins making adjustments to my boots to hopefully alleviate the pain (still need to give them a try on the hill) These are older boots, not from Canski so really appreciated that they just helped out. Thanks Mitch!
Good service and friendly staff. They have a repair service, you can buy and rent ski equipment. It’s located very close to the Creekside gondola. Several hotels (at least the Nita Lake lodge) have storage space for your skis in the same building as Can-Ski, making it very easy to rent.
