Jackie helped us a few years ago with our first purchase and we had no issue other than a missing cable because we bought a open box monitor but Dave was great at helping our other child get his first computer. Thanks for the help and suggestions as things seem to be working out and good to have a positive experience being the kids first PC. Never had any problems each time we’ve been here.

I was bought a computer from this shop 2 years ago. When I asked if I can recycle or resell the computer to them to exchange a new one. They recommondate me richmond recyle depot. What a joke!

Canada Computers get a lot of hate online, but this location has always treated me fairly. The staff is generally pretty chill and gives good advice. The only bad thing about this place is the parking so please avoid lunch hour rushes.

Ivan and Ricky helped me a bunch during a super busy time in the store (Boxing Day). Both were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions!

Here you have a great variety of laptops I was looking for a new laptop so this is a really nice place to find this kind of stuff they have all types of computer repairs and also spare parts a really interesting car to plan and more stuff for your computer needs and seats and keyboard screens and a bunch of nonsense stuff

Don't trust their discounts and promotions. They lower the price of some discounted items on their flyer just 1 day after the return period and to ensure that you cannot get the price guaranteed. Online services are useless; they only reply you with copy and paste pre-written messages.

Tried calling for days trying to receive laptop service status after dropping it off 1.5 weeks ago. No answer just as other reviewers have mentioned. After visiting the store trying to get answers, service staff and manager looked disorganized trying to recover my laptop and gave excuses. Decided to take my business elsewhere as I witnessed their incompetence.

I had Maneesh custom build my PC. He did an amazing job and provided me with such amazing customer service. I highly recommend him for your custom builds.

Terrible experience with this store. They don't respond to phone calls. To get in contact, I had to call their head office first to get transferred over. And when I finally got hold of a store associate, I asked whether they would be able to price match an item from Amazon to which they said they would. But when I got to the store, I was denied the price match, citing that the price was too low and that it was most definitely mispriced even though the product is shipped & sold by Amazon themselves. The associate then went on to suggest a different item to price match with - one that was the exact same price as their item. Bottom line: don't waste your time with this store.

Hands down the WORST computer store I have ever been to. Asked for price match to Amazon, and the manager came over and said it has to be adding non-prime fastest shipping charge on top. I said, if I don’t have prime, which I have, I can still get it shipped free. But then he said, oh but you get it here right now. Well, that’s why you guys are going out of business, the unapologetic attitude and the out-of-nowhere pride. I now order with Amazon and saved 18%, good luck on your way down Canada Computers.

Terrible customer service, I went to price match with London drugs prices and was declined saying that they cannot offer such low price and gave me my receipt back! So I returned it and bought from London drugs! CC Vancouver location is much better and they treat their customer with more attention and respect

Ordered laptop online and should be picked up in Richmond store, but order got cancelled because the only one laptop is displayed.got their call later and the nice guy explained why my order is cancelled.didnt buy any but very satisfied with their service.just hope they can update more often on their website.

I come here for all my pc parts even tho i lived in DT. Friendly stuff, and actually feels like being treated as customer compare to the one at Broadway which is permanently closed. Anyways, great experiences shopping here, lower price as well compared to others like ME.

Extremely poor customer service. 0 employee helping customers.they all hide inside and me and another customer can not see any staff working but can hear multiple staffs chatting loudly and laughing about something else. But they are hiding so you can't see their faces at all. When finally i had to call them by voice to ask if anyone is around since you can not see any staff's face or physical presence as like i said they r hiding.i finally got a guy to come out only to tell me he is not willing to help and he refused to show me where things are, saying " you can go look for it yourself" in an extrememly rude and impatient way, appears very mad and inconvenienced and at the time there was only me and another 2 customers in store.he refused to help and told me to look arond myself. He has long hair to just before shoulder length and wear black glasses. Black hair. And when i walked away u can immediately hear them chatting loudly and laughing again. Also, another customer also complained to me how there is 0 staff u can see.he is struggling to find what he wants too. Avoid this place. Go to best buy if u want some good customer service. AVOID this place, they will not be willing to help u and not even to mention willing to show u where things are! Very very very rude staff

The fact that they never bother to pick up the phone as my online order got canceled twice with no explanation tells you how much they care about costumer service.

Had to really pull teeth to get any pricing or assistance with literally anything. I asked a question about a motherboard and the associate literally pulled out his phone and walked away. No one was willing to show me where to find anything, etc.

So I've come here a lot in the past couple years out of convenience as I live close to this location. Every time, I've regret it. On multiple occasions I've arrived with staff nowhere to be seen. Though would be able to hear talking and laughing in the back. Eventually when coming out from hiding, they have little-to-no knowledge about their products. The staff is more like kids hanging out, then adults running a business. Their mannerisms; the way they talk to the customers, is unprofessional and rude. Don't come here. Go to MemoryExpress. Go to Bestbuy. Go anywhere else. Don't support a business that doesn't care about their customers so blatantly. I know I wont be anymore.

Staff here are rude and unhelpful. Many times I walk in and they'd all be standing behind the counter chatting or joking meanwhile there customers standing in line with questions or trying to buy over the counter products. How about you guys actually serve your customers?

So many little tech treats packed in, I love finding new gadgets that, let's face it, I don't need but I'll treat myself to anyway it's kinda like a mini AliExpress IRL, brands and products you haven't seen before and an hour later you're still shopping

Ordered a 3080 graphics card at a low price in Dec 2020. Finally came in June 2021 and they honored the lower pre-ordered price.
They put up with me checking on it monthly and even gave me pro tips for accessories (Hard-drives, fans, etc).

People behind counter keep to themself and don't know anything about their store. No one comes up to you to ask if you need anything or are looking for anything specific.

I can't recommend this company to anyone in good conscience. Not only was their online ordering system frustrating to deal with when I built my new computer, but the points that you earn from purchasing expire after two years. Seriously?

I don't know about you, but I don't normally upgrade my computer that often. I am due to do an upgrade in the next year, but won't ever be purchasing from Canada Computers again.

Bought a monitor that was defective, called in and told me I can bring it in for a replacement. Disassembled a 20lb monitor and lugged it all the way to their store for their manager to suddenly tell me "nope" in the most condescending and rude way possible. They then tell me they can "do me a favor" and replace it if I call Samsung to validate the issue.

A week later and a lot of phone calls with Samsung, I return back to the store with my monitor AGAIN only to be told "nope we never said that, and you're now out of your warranty period". I am now stuck with a broken monitor that I paid a grand for, and 2 wasted trips to and from the store. Trash place with a rude lying manager, my friends and I will never buy anything from here again.

I know their reputation is not good, but I decided to buy all my parts here for a recent build, rather than going to a bunch of other different stores, and online. My experience in store was OK. Customer service after the purchase was not good at all, terrible communication, no explanation, ignoring a part of my inquiry twice. CC Rewards is completely useless as it's not applicable to almost anything you actually buy. Price protection is pointless when it doesn't apply to something on sale.
I will never go back here, don't waste your time.

Absolutely terrible business policies and misleading products. I went to go pick up a displayport to HDMI cable, and the employees recommended me this iCan branded one telling me that it supports 1080p and high refresh rate. Yet after I bought it and went home it did not support my 2540x1080 29 inch ultrawide monitor nor 75hz. The worst part is that due to their return policy I cannot return this terrible product that costs 25 dollars (imagine paying 25 dollars for a HDMI cable) and I'm stuck with it. I've tried contacting Canada Computers hq through phone and they never pick up nor was the leave a message option working as it just lead to multiple beeps, and the online ticket system doesn't work too as if they do not care about their customers at all. It's not even about the return of the product at this point, but it is the way they treat their customers that causes this frustration. Overall 0 star experience and this company will never see a penny from me again, I recommend everyone to stay away and to chose other alternatives instead. (All of the iCan products are garbage)

We always end up buying parts here because it’s the only only shop near by. Prices are fine but retuning things can be a problem. Worst part is the customer service. There is none to speak of and people in the shop really don’t care or look like they want to be there. This has been the case for the last four years and nothing has really changed. It’s obvious the company does not care. Too bad they don’t realize it hurts their business. As soon as we can find an alternative shop near by with better service we will go there.

Absolutely worst customer service ever! Salesperson and maybe also the store manager have the worst attitude and do not treat customer fair!

I specially drove over to this store to pick up an order and the salesperson cared less to look for my order in their system. I had every single document they asked for, but they declined to hand me the order because of a mistake made by THEM!

The store said I should cancel my order and leave if i was disappointed.

We went there yesterday around 5pm looking to purchase a new laptop. When we arrive, there were 2 employees at the cashier 2 more in the other side of the store. We went around the store but nobody really bothered to greet us or even tried to ask if we needed help. We just decided to leave as customer service was really disappointing.

I came to get my chair I reserved but didn't bring the paper they printed out for me a week earlier which was my fault, I pointed to the chair in the box that was waiting for me but the cashier took a while looking it up on his screen until realizing he was looking for the wrong chair.

He could had just walked over to my side, looked at where I pointed and read the box title, that would be common sense customer service and save 7-10 min of time. Turned out they spent that time sending me text msg that it's ready for pickup.right in front of me.

Then after paying for it, he just gave me the wheel cart thing and didn't even load it up for me until he saw me struggling for a moment almost tipping the whole box over.

He says he has a bad knee or something and his co-worker comments about it instead of helping me or finding someone that can help push it for me.

I worked in retail before and if I was in their shoes, I wouldn't make excuses, I would find someone to help bring it to the car or at least outside the door.

Other than that, they have lots of inventory and my bro even got a height adjustable table from them.

The Canada computer chair is very nice though because it has a footrest and just as good as the $600 chair for half the price.great products but poor service. My dad was angry to see no one helping me. Soo many bad customer service reviews here it's almost funny in a sad way.
