After emailed pic to get print they ask to pay and receive after 40 min, payed $72,38 after 2 hours, we don't k how to open JPEG photo.
Even they asking you to pay, please be advised do not pay before you receive

The photographer here isn’t very good and didn’t allow me to get a retake. Unfortunately have to deal with this bad photo on my passport for the next 10 years.

Customer service is really bad and worst post office in Surrey and it’s really expensive 20 pages for $50.

The worst ever Canada post I will be sueing the new guy working in the pictures area and when I told him to refuse the item he said he will throw it away in the garbage

Very poor customer service. They denied to validate our local address as requested by the bank and repeatedly asked for various ID proofs, while we showed PR card and bank statement, which was originally required by Canada Post. They were unwilling to listen and because of this we already made three trips to Canada post. I’d never visit this location again.
