Canada Post (Central City Post Office)

There were two ladies working both seems like Indian. One of the terrible service they were givibg to the customers. I came for pasport req and she was asking nonsense questions as i was sending it for first time so didn’t know much. But she made be embarrassed and i would never suggest someone to go there. Both were idiots.

Service is so bad. I never come back this Canada post service again. The girl should be learn how to service to customers.

Canada Post is the worst! They were late for no reason and on next day, they put on thier website ‘Notice left for customer’ which I never got on phone, email, mailbox or building door. When I called them, they said it will take 7 days for a supervisor to call back and then decide whats gonna happen to my delivery

I will never recommend it to anyone!

The worst possible customer service by the girl there. She was very aggressive and rude to everyone and didn’t wanted to help.

Don't know how to speak to customers specifically that girl (around the age of 20s)
Supervisor should take a note of that.

I basically stalked these poor souls for an afternoon waiting for an important package. They were super nice and even waved me down to let me know it had arrived. Thanks!

Long line left lineups as usual but good service otherwise and you get what you get mailed to you

Very low customer service, I had documents with me which it shows my address and the lady she was kept asking me to bring hard copy that it shows my address they need more training

Poor service. I sent a parcel to Edmonton through Xpress Post service, spent extra money, but still the receiver was noticed to pickup the package from a location. Canada Post did not deliver the package at the given address. Moreover, the customer representative argued with me. ‘Pandemic’ is just an excuse they make now.

Location inside on 2nd floor. Pearl Photo inside of it. Staff seemed super helpful to those that didn’t bring items wrapped or labeled.

Crazy busy, great service. Don't be angry w them when it's UPS fault. Instead go to UPS and b angry w them.

It's a fine Canada post location. My only complaint would be the wait to get a parcel. If here is no line then you're in and out in a min or 2. When the line up is long it can take a little while before you get your package. With covid people are buying online more so expect a lineup.

Staff was helpful and friendly, people seem to be respectful of others in line, although the line up is a bit confusing to some. Good place to find small boxes or padded envelopes for your needs.

I had to wait for half an hour in que to learn my parcel has been returned back. Unfortunately, it's my local post office where my undelivered parcels are kept and I don't have any other option!

Visiting BC I sent out 6 postcards my friends only received three, to send a postcard it will cost you $1.10 and you're not even sure if it's going to reach I got mine two days after I arrived home would have been better off writing a letter would have cost me the same I'm not as long to get here

The older lady who's name on my receipt was named "Feng" is always rude, especially the other day when I went. She gave me attitude and budged in on a conversation I was having with someone and basically shamed me infront of the other people there. Definatly do not like her and im probably will not be going back because of her. Ive never had a good experience going there when shes helped me. Michael is rude too the times ive went. However the younger girls who work there are super nice and definatly are quick and sufficient

I have been waiting for more than 7 weeks to have them return the money they owe $1500.00. As far as I am concerned you're ratting chart doesn't go low enough!

I send multiple packages every month from this post office. The service is always good, fast and courteous, even when there is a line up, they get through it quickly. I choose to use this post office because of those reasons.

Need professional Staff with good reception. Need more smiles. They are treating customers as they should come get the business.

This place only has 1 or 2 people working the counter when they clearly need more help. Line ups out the door 15 to 20 people long.

Didn't have a great time picking up my package. They won't even check the back too see if it's been arrive really?
