Maybe if your website says you are open until 2 pm on boxing day you should be open.

My package was literally withheld by them, within arms length of myself. The lady I dealt with was incredibly rude and tried to place blame on me for ordering at Christmas (the busiest time of the year). She rushed me out of the office telling me she would call me with more info; no call. Went back in to have her roll her eyes at me and told me she would call me in an hour, meanwhile my package (which had an extra charge that I had CASH to pay for) was still there. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand protocols, but the entirely rude, disgusting customer service was atrocious. I was absolutely shocked an adult would conduct themselves in this manner in their place of work. Her co workers were mortified, and the customer behind me was appalled.
