Unacceptable treatment from staff. Walked in to drop off a package and was greeted by a staff member who yelled and screamed at me before I had the chance to say anything. Package dropped off has been now lost as it was not properly scanned. Called customer service and waited over 30 minutes but they did nothing to acknowledge their mistakes. Avoid this location if possible.

I have the most frustrating experiences at this post office and have almost nothing good to say. DO NOT purchase a PO box from here.
Firstly, when I purchased my PO box they neglected to put the postal code there.
There have been 3 separate occasions where I have received someone else's mail in my PO box and my mail has been in someone else's (someone with a similar PO box number). On one occasion a package was delivered to a different PO box and it was a nightmare trying to get my package.
More than once I get notified online that my packages have delivered, but the staff at this location cannot find the package. On one occasion I waited a full hour for the staff lady to find my package. Literally one hour of her searching.
More than once the staff forgot to put the pick up slip in my Po box when my package gets delivered.
If you need a PO box please avoid this location and save yourself the frustration and misery that I have experienced. I shutter at the thought of the mail I should have received that either got lost or wound up in someone else's PO box. I wonder who received that Christmas card my grandmother sent me?

Worst customer service ever, just because they cannot read the address, they send it back to the sender again instead of shipping it back to a post office or a warehouse! Its been 4 months i’ve been waiting for this part and now just because they can’t read the label they send it back again. Not even notifying the customer!

Wow.staff may have a urgent appointment. They supposed to open till 6PM as it shows on time schedule.but she said that Manager will be mad if she open till 6pm. I was there 5: 45.wow.funny experience.

Staff are always courteous and friendly. Knowledgeable and helpful. I go here at least once a week to mail out for the last 15 years

After missing an attempted delivery by Canada Post, I went to pick my present the next day, the lazy staff did not even bother to check inside, instead told me to come back tomorrow since the store closes in next 20 mins and I was the only customer in the counter. Terrible service and staff does not care about the customers.

If I could give zero stars for the post office I would. After an attempted delivery on Dec 22, a slip was left to pick up my Christmas present at this location. I went to pick it up the next day and was told it wasn't yet received and to come back later. My spouse did, and was told it was not there even though CP said it had been scanned in at their location. I went it the following day and the manager stated it was not in their system, so it was not there. I opened a ticket with CP and was called a week later to say that it was signed for by an employee at this location, so it was there. I went back a 4th time, a full week after the first attempted pickup and ince again was told it was not there. At no time did any employee attempt to look in the back even though there was not another soul in the place. Miranda told me that their iPad was finicky so that may be the problem. I asked if because the iPad was finicky if that meant no one had actually looked for it and she confirmed that was the case. Miranda was completely indifferent and obviously couldn't have cared less. Every single time I go to the post office I have issues. I understand it's a busy time of the year but when the employees are there only for a pay cheque and are not only incompetent but insincere I take issue. I truly hope that CP pulls their business license and gives it to a Shoppers or London because those companies would appreciate the business.

I have been going to this postal outlet for many years. For the most part the staff have been friendly, and very helpful and for that I would give five. However tonight was different. I went to pick up package that indicated after 6pm. The clerk indicated that it had been delivered and was in the back but not "processed". There were no other customers but still the clerk insisted that we need to return the next day. She stated don't blame the postal outlet, blame "Canada Post". Nope, I have seen the challenges with Canada Post, but this time the blame lay squarely with the clerk that was unwilling to provide good customer care, get out of her own way, and get the package that was sitting in the back room.

Very courteous employees who are always happy to help. I’ve visited other postal outlets where the employees seem to hate their jobs and take a really long time to help. Not here. Everyone is friendly and efficient, quick to help and professional. I appreciate that one particular employee has gotten to know and recognize me - it’s little things like that, that make an experience better than average.

They're the best staff ever. L work's there for many years I believe she's kind and helpful and have always to answer all of your questions and concerns in my opinion.

Your friendly neighbourhood Canada post right? Yes, I walked in 5mins before closing. And as I walked up to the counter the attendant rolled her eyes at me in displease. Check you attitude at the door for us paying customers please. Even though it's steps from my house, I'll take my business elsewhere and walk down the street
