Very bad service. Don’t care about other’s important stuff. And don’t answer properly about any query.

I just feel sorry gor the poor people that work at this pathetic organization and have to face the customer. Get your act together or close down!

Yesterday i was at work i asked delivery if he csn deliver to my work place he said no i was okay i am coming in 2 minutes. He said he cant meet he can leave parcel at london drugs i went there nothing. Even till end time i went there there was nothing. I had my college documents needs in urgent. No one cares. Stupid service i received.

Canada Post has done nothing to keep mail delivery service be on time. Cards that I had sent to Langley arrived days prior to Christmas. Anything that was being sent to me from Langley to Prince George failed to arrive. I was supposed to receive a Christmas card from my dad before Christmas and weeks upon weeks and now over three months later, there was never anything in the mail. So highly disappointed with them

After patiently waiting a month for a Christmas present tool arrive, it has been mis-delivered 5 times due to processing errors, which I was told by head office was them putting it on the wrong truck.i have been told 3 times a supervisor will reach out to me to find a resolution and I have not heard a thing, and I have no idea where my parcel is.what a joke.

I ordered something online and it was sent to me from smithers. I got a notification saying they had left a notice but I never received one In my box or around my apartment. When I go to one of there locations they either tell me it’s at another location or that they haven’t processed it yet. This went on for three weeks of me going back to the location where the site says it’s been delivered to and it’s always the same answer that they haven’t processed it yet and on the fourth week I received a message from the seller that my item was returned to them. Canada post didn’t even have the decency to tell me that they where sending it back. I don’t trust them to deliver anything now because of this.

Beware if sending parcels or anything of value to Prince George a thief or thieves work out of the distribution hub.make sure you pay for the postal usury fees (tracking system) so no one steals it.
