The girl working inside, wearing turban, she is way too rude, don’t know how to treat customers. I am 110% sure she was hired without any customers service experience also she doesn’t want to gain. I was there with my friend for shipping an important documents. I didn't close the envelope because wasn’t sure how and pass to her she was through it to table and scan and I ask her envelope is open she doesn’t care and then my friend took it and close it after that asked her questions about express and Normal shippings and she was giving me answers with attitude. After I got receipt I said which one is tracking number. She said it’s on receipt. But usually when I went somewhere else they explain you everything with a polite tone. Such a weird experience.

There is Sikh girl with turban working inside and she don’t know how to treat the customer and her behaviour is very bad. Me and my friends wants to shipped almost 6-7 boxes and I simply told her that how much time will it take and her reply was that I don’t know with very weird tone and she was not able to listen to us. This is my first worst experience in canada.

Unbelievable, the staff doesn’t know what they are doing.they couldn’t handle a simple amazon return pacakge.please train your staff better.
