They are close on monday thanks giving and on website its open.that is so bad.we drive from surrey to get our passport.so bad this is.and it is raining.

The absolute worst place. Extremely rude worker. There are no signs or information ANYWHERE of the location. Is in the underground of bentall. But I would definitely and absolutelly NEVER recommend this location EVER.
