Service is absolutly abysmal, short blunt answers, rude, and no willingness to do the job they are paid to do, I was extremely polite. Asking for a little information. And they refused to give me any at all and told me to "google it". Unprofessional, unreasonably rude, and this post office should be shut down and reopened with employees who actually enjoy their job.

BOB, the guy who works on the desk, is very rude and has zero customer service. He clearly hates his job and does not want to be there. It's disgusting how unprofessional he is. Bob has the worst attitude when talking to customers. He provided zero help. I had to go to a different Canada post outlet, and they did everything Bob could not do within minutes, not a problem.
