I used to send my FlexDelivery to another post office, but since I moved to the neighborhood, I have been sending parcels to this post office. Unfortunately, they processed all my parcels incorrectly, and I never received any email notifications. You need to make sure you have a tracking number if you send FlexDelivery to them; otherwise, you can never know when it gets delivered to them.

Maria is unbelievably rude and unprofessional, we’ve had numerous run ins with her and she absolutely hates her job. Whenever we can, we drive out of the way to not have to deal with her.

Made it into the office 15 mins before closing, The asian lady at the counter was so rude and wouldn’t give me my package saying “come back tomorrow” she was ranting on about how she was missing another package and thats why she couldn’t give me mine even tho it was right behind the counter? ! And when i asked questions about why this is she began to yell at me and treat me like i was stupid for wanting my package. I notice there are plenty reviews about this rude worker. Get rid of her.

I've come several times before only to pick up packages, which have all been okay, but the staff is usually not friendly. Unfortunately my visit today was very disappointing which leads me to this review. I can see this is not a one-off incident as I've read a few reviews similar to my experience. I live very close so this is the closest post office to us. I always select my deliveries to leave package at door even if no one at my house answers; there's always once in a while where they still just send my package to the post office which is kind of an inconvenience but oh well. We stopped by today after work (I get off at 6: 30, left work at 6: 40 and decided to pick up today). The delivery slip was kind of misleading, it said they close at 9: 00pm when actually we arrived the Pharmasave (which this post office is inside of) closes at 7: 00pm. Looked at my watch and it was 6: 55pm so I thought I'd try the other door on the right side and it was open. First thing I was met with was the cashier saying "You better hurry up theres only 2 mins". Then I said I just want to pick something up from the post office and she said fine, obviously annoyed. The asian lady at the post office which I usually see whenever we go there was like "NEVER come this late again. " And kept rambling on about how they were closed in 2 minutes and NEVER do it again. A very hostile tone. I've worked many years in customer service so I know how it's kind of annoying when people walk in last minute but I've NEVER been rude to a customer about it. The hostile tone and aggression was not needed. If i knew i had a time consuming inquiry or request, I would not go in, but i was literally picking up one small package. It's not like I'm in there 15 minutes past closing time, which is what I have dealt with before working the closing shift at a grocery store. We were trained to be respectful to customers and kindly remind them if it is past closing. Also, any job I work at doesn't allow you to close early. If your posted closing hours are 7pm, you should be closing at 7: 00pm and that's when you lock up. That is how every customer service job I worked at operates - we are to let people in if it is before closing, even 2 mins, and kindly ask that they make their choices in a timely manner as we are closing soon. Even if i'm not super happy if someone walks in at 6: 28pm when my work closes at 6: 30pm, I am obliged to help them.that is how hours of operation work. If you work the closing shift, you shouldn't expect to be right out the door at closing.it takes a few mins to put cash tills away and lock up. The only reason why they're closing early is because they want to get out of there sooner, which who doesn't want to get off work sooner BUT I don't know any good establishments that close 5 minutes before their posted hours, it's unprofessional. Good customer service means you remain professional even if you're not necessarily happy about the situation. It's a different story if I was being rude. I was not, I simply came in to pick up my package and provided my ID, then left with my package. When i left the establishment, it was 6: 28pm. Still not yet closed, based on the hours posted. So it took 1-2 min to just pick up my package. All the commentary and rudeness, and attitude totally unwarranted. Again, it's not like i walked on at 7: 00pm and refused to leave for 10 mins. I honestly think ill post a note on our door addressing delivery people to specifically "don't send my package to the crest post office. " - I don't want to come back. I am always super nice to fellow customer service workers because i know it can be tough some days however I did not say thank you to her because honestly it was THAT unpleasant of an experience, and it was a 3 minute interaction. If you hate your job, then work elsewhere, don't make someone else's day sour.

Most time the service is good. While today (7/12/2023, afternoon) there is an old lady YELLING at me just because I came in the last 10 minutes before close. She is super RUDE. My family is at home whole day to wait for this package, if you can put it in our front door, who want to rush to here right after a day’s work from downtown? Ridiculous. Please train this employee at least with the basic polite. Previous other employee are nice. Only this one, so rude. Now I know why this location just have 2.8 stars. (2023/07/12)

What a waste of time, can't even open on schedule, can't print my shipping label because "the computer is locked on the weekends". Highly recommend using another post office

I normally don’t post reviews but my experience here today was so awful. I go to post offices multiple times a week for my small business and have never had such unpleasant service at a Canada post before! Normally the employees here are quite pleasant, not as efficient as other locations, but friendly and things get done well, however one of their newer employees is truly awful. I watched her roll her eyes and make rude remarks to a woman who was just looking to get a stamp, then when it was my turn to get packages done she was equally unpleasant. Her attitude was appalling and condescending, I actually ended up taking my other parcels and just saying I’d go to another post office because she was so unpleasant to deal with, makes me think twice about going to this location again!

Ended up going to the one at Lougheed mall for the remaining parcels and the man there was excellent, polite and very quick, more like the usual friendly Canada post drop off:) I think I’ll head there more often so I don’t have to risk the awful experience with the young girl here

Normally I enjoy this post office, but went in this Sunday and their new employee has to be the most unpleasant postal worker I’ve ever met. She was rude, unprofessional, and made me never want to step foot in that shop ever again. Do better
