Really rude lady, makes you feel so uncomfortable for just asking basic questions. Very very unhelpful person with the poorest customer service

I had bad experience here. The lady present on Saturday was very rude. She had no manners to treat customers. I went there to return my packages. When I said her to scan my package, she rudely said she will scan later not now

Need more associates during peak afternoon and evening hours. Lines so huge and does not move. Current staff is nice but too busy.

Customers service is zero. They are very rude. They dont even listen. Its just past 1 minute and they already closed even before time. It’s frustrating that my package was not delivered at my home address and i have to deal with these kind of impatient people.

I’ve always had pleasant, friendly service which has included them suggesting an alternate method to send a package in a way that saves me money.

The line is always so long. The wait is usually 30 mins and more. Maybe they should put more employees here because there's always just one person even though it's soooo busy.

I specially went there to post my documents in Xpress they told me they don't have the Xpress envelope and suggested me to go other branch. I went other branch thet have same problem. I spend almost 40$ to reach both branches and they gave me a biggest size envelope and charged me more money. It was very disappointing.
