*edit/update: service has been significantly improved over the last few months. Friendly staff who treat you like a human make a huge impact. Thank you to everyone currently working here for being so lovely and helpful!
Usually I have no issues with this location, I get my mail and leave. Staff are normally polite and helpful. This was not the case today. I called and a staff member named Michelle picked up. She aggressively interrupted multiple times and talked down to me with her voice raised in an angry tone. She was so unnecessarily rude that I couldn't even ask my question and had to hang up because I was in tears. So unprofessional and disappointing.

The most lovely hardworking people. Always greeted with a smile and have a laugh while I am here. They always ask me about my day and treat everyone with such kindness:)

Closed weekends, now closed at 1pm-2pm this entire week.how on earth are people paying for their PO box supposed to pick up their mail? Terrible location.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Theres a white lady in particular who is incredibly rude, will hang up on you and tell you theyre too busy to help before even hearing your question. Her tone of voice is horrible, i cant imagine ever being able to interact with this woman face-to-face without wanting to strangle her. You need to hire new people. Your customer service is useless and abusive. Every other office in town talks about how rude and unhelpful you are, and the majority of your reviews are negative. Something needs to change. Every other canada post office is so nice and helpful, what is so wrong with you guys over there downtown that you are the exact opposite of that?

This is probably the worst customer service you can find. I never had issues with any post office before but this one makes me anxious everytime i open the door i never know if they will let me leave with my package. They are so rude that I decided to change my po box to an other location.

This is a review of our lovely Federal postal service and not just this post office in general. The one star is a pity star, it looked so sad with zero stars, and being a tax payer who maintains some form of national pride I hate giving one of our service 0 stars. But 1 star is a bit rich to be honest.
I won’t go through the whiny specifics as to why I am rating our postal service 1 star, if you have ever needed to use this service you are well aware of the short comings in terms of customer service, meeting modern standards for a delivery service, having uniform standards, friendliness (customer service), efficiency, staff (customer service).
Let’s see if next Christmas we will have another opportunistic strike by these legendary time wasters. Would appreciate some transparent demands like “more mid day nap time”.

They never answer the phone! Dont even give the option to wait on hold until they are able to help you, just get sent to voicemail. I can tell someone is purposely ignoring the calls because it rings a different length of time every time i try. I dont know where my package is, the tracking links are showing conflicting information, i should not have to come down in person not even knowing for sure that my package is there, i should be able to call and double check it is literally a 5 second long conversation that would've needed to happen.
